การพัฒนาอุปกรณ์บรรจุภัณฑ์ยาโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีอินเทอร์เน็ตทุกสรรพสิ่ง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการบรรจุภัณฑ์ยาทั้งชนิดเม็ด และแคปซูล โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีอินเทอร์เน็ตทุกสรรพสิ่ง โดยในการทำงาน ผู้ใช้ระบบจะสั่งงานและควบคุมการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ผ่านหน้าเว็บไซต์ และยังสามารถทราบถึงลำดับกระบวนการ และสถานะของอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้ระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบรรจุภัณฑ์ยาสามารถเข้าถึงและจัดการข้อมูลได้ง่ายขึ้น โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาเป็นอุปกรณ์ที่จำลองกระบวนการบรรจุภัณฑ์ยา และใช้ฮาร์ดแวร์ ได้แก่ ArduinoUno , Sensor E3F-DS10C4 , L298N Dual H-Bridge Motor Controller และ Servo Motor รวมไปถึงการนำ NETPIE IoT Cloud Platform เข้ามาช่วยในการควบคุมการทำงาน และแสดงผลของอุปกรณ์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาผล ประเมินผล และวัดประสิทธิภาพของการพัฒนาอุปกรณ์บรรจุภัณฑ์ยา และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบอุปกรณ์บรรจุภัณฑ์ยาโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีอินเทอร์เน็ตทุกสรรพสิ่ง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า อุปกรณ์บรรจุภัณฑ์ยาโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีอินเทอร์เน็ตทุกสรรพสิ่ง ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถจ่ายยาได้ทั้งชนิดเม็ด และแคปซูล ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และถูกต้อง พร้อมกับระบบในการบันทึกข้อมูลที่สามารถนำไปวิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงาน อีกทั้งยังสามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการจ่ายยา เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับกระบวนการจ่ายยาในรูปแบบเดิม โดยมีค่าความพึงพอใจของระยะเวลาในการนับยาอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.14

The results showed that Medicine Packaging Equipment by using The Internet of Things Technology developed to be able to dispense both tablets and capsules quickly and accurately along with a system to record data that can be analyzed and produced reports. It can also increase the efficiency of the dispensing process.
