ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขของแรงงานผู้สูงอายุ กรณีศึกษาชุมชนบ้านยาง ตำบลบ้านยาง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านการเป็นบุคคลที่มีคุณค่าในสังคม ปัจจัยด้านสุขภาพอนามัย และปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจที่ส่งผลต่อการมีความสุขของแรงงานผู้สูงอายุ กรณีศึกษาชุมชนบ้านยาง ตำบลบ้านยาง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือแรงงานผู้สูงอายุ 316 คน การศึกษาใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือในการทำวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การเป็นบุคคลที่มีคุณค่าในสังคม ปัจจัยด้านสุขภาพอนามัย และปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจส่งผลต่อการมีความสุขของแรงงานผู้สูงอายุ การศึกษานี้พบว่าปัจจัยด้านการสุขภาพอนามัยเป็นปัจจัยที่สำคัญแรงงานผู้สูงอายุควรดูแลสุขภาพร่างกายและใช้หลักธรรมในการดำรงชีวิตเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงด้านการเจ็บป่วย การวิจัยนี้ทำให้เกิดองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการนำหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาเป็นแนวคิดในการดำเนินชีวิต การประกอบอาชีพการเกษตร เช่นเดิม ผู้สูงอายุใช้ชีวิตอย่างมีความสุขเรียบง่ายและพึ่งพาตนเองถึงแม้สภาพแวดล้อมทางสังคมจะเปลี่ยนแปลงไป

This research aimed to study the factors of being a valuable person in society, health factors and, economic factors affecting the happiness of elderly workers case study of Bann Yang community, Bann Yang Sub-district, Mueang District, Buriram Province. The sample of 316 elderly workers. The study used a random sampling method. Research tools used to collect data by questionnaire and data analysis using regression analysis. The study indicated that being a valuable person in society, healthy factors and, economic factors affecting the happiness of elderly workers. This study found that healthy factors are important factors for elderly workers to take care of their physical health and use the principles of living to reduce the risk of illness. This research gave rise to knowledge about the implementation of the sufficiency economy as a concept of living in rural society, where members of the community had a farmer career happy in the old age and have the principles of living by being self-reliant in the changing social environment from the past.
