ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยในสถานการณ์ การระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19 กรณีศึกษาเขตพื้นที่ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสวายจีก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านความภูมิใจที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยในสถานการณ์ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19 กรณีศึกษาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสวายจีก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานอาสาสมัครป้องกันฝ่ายพลเรือนที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยในสถานการณ์ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19 กรณีศึกษาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสวายจีก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่อาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน จำนวน 160 คนที่อยู่ในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสวายจีก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณ 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านความภูมิใจและด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานอาสาสมัครป้องกันฝ่ายพลเรือนที่ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยในสถานการณ์ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19 กรณีศึกษาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสวายจีก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในระดับ 0.01

The objectives of this research were : 1) To study the factors of pride that affect the disaster prevention and mitigation performance in the situation of the COVID 19 outbreak, a case study of the Sawai Jeek Subdistrict administrative organization, Muang district, Buriram province ; and to study the factors of knowledge about civil defence volunteer work affecting the disaster prevention and mitigation performance in the situation of the COVID-19 outbreak, a case study of Sawai Jeek Subdistrict administrative organization, Muang district, Buriram province. This research is a quantitative research. Sample group these included 160 civilian defence volunteers in the area responsible for the Sawai Jeek Subdistrict administrative organization. The instrument used to collect data was approximately 5 scale questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression. The study found that factors of pride and knowledge of civil defence volunteer work that affects disaster prevention and mitigation performance in the situation of the COVID 19 a case study of Swai Jeek Subdistrict administrative organization, Muang district, Buriram province, statistically significant at a level of 0.01
