การใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นด้านดนตรีในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา อำ เภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นด้านดนตรีในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา และ 2) รูปแบบกระบวนการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นด้านดนตรีไปปรับใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการหรือ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ ครูผู้สอน และนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 80 คน จากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง โดยการใช้แบบสอบถามไปทดลองใช้กับ กลุ่มที่ไม่ใช่กลุ่มตัวอย่างวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการดำเนินงานด้านคุณลักษณะอยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับปานกลางและด้านการปฏิบัติการ สอนอยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน มีความเห็นสอดคล้องกัน ว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนภาคความรู้ในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้พื้นฐานดนตรีที่ใช้บุคลากรภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น อยู่ในระดับที่ยังไม่น่าพอใจ สาเหตุมาจากบุคลากรภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นทางดนตรีใช้วิธีการ จัดการเรียนรู้ภาคปฏิบัติเป็นส่วนใหญ่ เพราะมีความสามารถในทางปฏิบัติและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นที่นำมาถ่ายทอดได้รับมาจากการเรียนรู้นอกระบบ นอกจากนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าการจัดการเรียนรู้ของ บุคลากรภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นทางดนตรีในสถานศึกษายังไม่เป็นระบบที่สอดคล้องกับการเรียนการสอนในห้องเรียน และความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ด้านดนตรีในการจัดการ เรียนรู้อยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับมาก ความคิดเห็นที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ บุคลากรภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นวางตัว ได้เหมาะสมและเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดี รองลงมาคือ บุคลากรภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมีเทคนิคการสอนให้เข้าใจ ได้ดีและค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ นักเรียนมีความสนใจและตั้งใจเรียนกับบุคลากรภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาก 2. รูปแบบกระบวนการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นด้านดนตรีให้สถานศึกษาระดับ มัธยมศึกษา นำไปปรับใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วยกระบวนการ 5ขั้นตอน คือการวิเคราะห์ชุมชน การ จัดทำชุดความรู้การสร้างกิจกรรม การขยายผลสู่ชุมชน และการประเมินผล ซึ่งรูปแบบกระบวนการ ที่ได้จะช่วยให้การใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นด้านดนตรีในสถานศึกษามีระบบและมีรูปแบบที่ชัดเจนขึ้น อีกทั้งยังสอดคล้องกับสภาพของชุมชนซึ่งจะมีส่วนช่วยพัฒนาภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นด้านดนตรีในชุมชน ให้คงอยู่พัฒนาดีขึ้นและแพร่หลาย เพื่อประโยชน์ของชุมชนได้

The aims of this research were 1) to study the state of operation to use local knowledge in music in secondary schools. It studied in the term of feature, teaching and student’s idea about using the local knowledge in music and 2) to study the model and the process of using the local knowledge in music to apply in learning management. The samplings of this research were 80 educational administrator, teachers, and students from secondary school. They were corrected by purposive sampling. The statistics in this survey were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The data were present by descriptive statistic. The results of the research were found that: 1. The state of operation in term of feature is in the moderate level and in the term of teaching is in the moderate level. The educational administrator and the teacher’s opinions are same. The achievement of learning basic subject base on music is in unsatisfied level. The cause of this achievement is the local knowledge strafe who expert in music always teach by practice because they have more ability in practice. And they have local knowledge from non-formal education. Moreover, it shows that music learning management of the local knowledge staff is not in a system and does not accord with the learning process in the classroom and the student’s opinion about using local knowledge in term of music to leaning is in the much level. When consider each point of the opinion, it find that the local knowledge staff is proper and good model. It is in the highest average. Follow by the local knowledge staff makes it easy to understand with teaching technique the last one are the intention and interest of students. They are in the least average. 2. The model and the process to use of local knowledge, with the expert person it consists of social analysis, do handout, create activity, operate with community and evaluation. This model and process may help to use local knowledge clearly. Moreover, they will accord with the basic educational curriculum and the social state that develop local knowledge.
