This research article aimed to develop a training program which would enhance working readiness for the internship students. It was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 was to develop a training program; and phase 2 was to implement the training program with 2 internship students at the National Broadcasting Services of Thailand, Ubonratchathani province. Research instruments were a working readiness evaluation form (rating scale) and a working readiness interview form. The data was analyzed as average and standard deviations. CTR-PAR-Based Curriculum was employed for designing the Competency-Based Curriculum to create unit activities, Task-Based Curriculum to create tasks, and Research-Based Curriculum to be a framework in creating training steps. The training program was developed by Participatory Action Research altogether with the collaboration of the education institute and the internship organization. It was found that the target internship students had reached over 80% of each working readiness characteristics evaluation and over 70% of overall working readiness characteristics evaluation as the criteria set.
