การประเมินการใช้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การดำเนินการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อประเมินการใช้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ โดยใช้รูปแบบการประเมินแบบ CIPP Model ซึ่งได้ดำเนินการประเมิน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และ ด้านผลผลิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 9 คน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 15 คน ครู จำนวน 23 คน นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 - 6 จำนวน 140 คน และผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 - 6 จำนวน 140 คน รวมจำนวน 327 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบบันทึกข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการประเมินการใช้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิตโดยภาพรวม พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการประเมินการใช้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ในด้านบริบท โดยภาพรวม พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ของสถานศึกษา รองลงมาเป็น ด้านพันธกิจของสถานศึกษา ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ของสถานศึกษา และด้านโครงสร้างหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา ตามลำดับ

3. ผลการประเมินการใช้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ในด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า โดยภาพรวม พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านงบประมาณ รองลงมาเป็น ด้านบุคลากร ด้านอาคารสถานที่ และด้านสื่อ วัสดุ และอุปกรณ์ ตามลำดับ 4. ผลการประเมินการใช้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ในด้านกระบวนการโดยภาพรวม พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ รองลงมาเป็น ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล และด้านการใช้สื่อในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ตามลำดับ 5. ผลการประเมินการใช้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ในด้านผลผลิต โดยภาพรวม พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน รองลงมาเป็น ด้านสมรรถนะสำคัญของผู้เรียน ส่วนในด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน พบว่า นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนอยู่ในระดับดี

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the implementation of school curriculum of the Demonstration School of Buriram Rajabhat University through CIPPA Model which has conducted 4 aspects including context, input, process and product. The participants consisted of 9 school administrators, 15 school committee, 23 teachers, 140 grade 4 - 6 students and 140 parents, of grade 4 - 6 students totalling 327 people. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires and recording forms. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, means and standard deviation. The research results were as follows : 1. The results indicated that the evaluation of school curriculum implementation of the Demonstration School of Buriram Rajabhat University on the aspect of context, input, process and product, was found at a high level of appropriateness. 2. The results of the evaluation of school curriculum implementation on the aspect of context was found at the highest level of appropriateness, and when considered each aspect, it was found that the highest average was vision of the school, followed by the main mission, objectives and curriculum structure respectively. 3. The results of the evaluation of school curriculum implementation on the aspect of input, in overall indicated that the appropriateness was found at a high level and when considered each aspect, it was found that the highest average was budget, followed by personnel, buildings, facilities division and teaching aids respectively.

4. The results of the evaluation of school curriculum on the aspect of process in overall indicated that the appropriateness was at the highest level. When considered each aspect, it was found that the highest average was learning management design, followed by learning management, curriculum administration, measurement and evaluation and teaching aids implementation respectively. 5. The results of the evaluation of school curriculum on the aspect of product in overall indicated that the appropriateness was at a high level and when considered each aspect, it was found that the desired characteristics was at the highest level, followed by competencies of learners. However, learning achievement was evaluated at a good level.
