ความต้องการสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านยาง อาเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การ บริหารส่วนตาบลบ้านยาง อาเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านสุขภาพอนามัย และการรักษา พยาบาล ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ด้านการศึกษา และด้านรายได้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มประชากร โดยกาหนดขนาด ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างามตาราง ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จานวน 333 คน แล้วทาการสุ่มให้กระจายไป ตามหมู่บ้านต่างๆ ตามสัดส่วน โดยวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่ายด้วยการจับฉลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็น แบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะคือแบบตรวจสอบรายการแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 6 ระดับและแบบปลายเปิดได้ค่า ความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0. 9000 สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในเขตตาบลบ้านยาง อาเภอเมือง บุรีรัมย์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านรายได้ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการศึกษา และด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ย ต่าสุด คือ ด้านสุขภาพและการรักษาพยาบาล ตามลาดับสาหรับความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่นๆ ที่มีจานวนมาก ที่สุด คือ ควรเพิ่มเบี้ยยังชีพ ให้กับผู้สูงอายุ รองลงมา คือ ควรมีรถ รับ-ส่ง ให้บริการผู้สูงอายุ ไปยังสถานพยาบาล โดยไม่คิดค่าบริการ และควรมีกิจกรรมต่างๆ เช่น จัดให้มีการท่องเที่ยว ให้กับผู้สูงอายุ ตามลาดับ

The purpose of this research was to study social welfare needs of the elderly provided in the area of Ban Yang Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District, Burirun Province in four aspects: Health and medical care, Housing and Education and Income. The samples consisted of 333 elderly people in the area of Ban Yang Sub-district Adiministrative Organization, specified by the table of Taro Yamane. The research instrument used for collecting the data was a 3-part questionnaire, including check list, 6-rating scale, and open-ended form. It’s reliability was 0.9000 The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were frequency percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of this study revealed that:Social welfare needs of the elderly in the area of Ban Yang Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District, Buriram Province were overall found at a high level. Having considered each aspect, it showed that all aspects were also found at a high level. Moreover, On the revenue side, followed by education and housing. On the average, with the lowest health and healthcare, respectively. For comments and other suggestions The highest number was supposed to have additional benefits for the elderly, The second was supposed to be a car-serving seniors.
