การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเส้นทางแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเส้นทางแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์และ วัฒนธรรมจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ผ่านเทคโนโลยีคิวอาร์โค้ด ในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์และ วัฒนธรรมจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้จากการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงซึ่งได้แก่ กลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวในประเทศ บุคลากรหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนของจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) ประเด็นการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับการเข้าถึงแหล่งข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรม และแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศผ่านเทคโนโลยีคิวอาร์โค้ด (2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหา (3) แบบ ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศ และ (4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อระบบสารสนเทศ โดยเป็นการ วิจัยเชิงพัฒนาซึ่งมีจัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วย MySQL ร่วมกับภาษา PHP HTML5 และจาวาสคริปต์ในการออกแบบและ พัฒนาระบบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ข้อมูลบริบทเส้นทางแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรม จังหวัด บุรีรัมย์ ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเส้นทางสายไหมและเส้นทางสายใต้ภูเขาไฟ ปฏิทินเทศกาลประเพณี และวัฒนธรรม 4 กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ ข่าวสารประชาสัมพันธ์ บริการแผนที่ การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศด าเนินการตาม แนวทางวงจรการพัฒนาระบบ (SDLC) โดยน าเสนอข้อมูลแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรมของ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ผ่านเว็บไซต์ด้วยการใช้เทคโนโลยีคิวอาร์โค้ด (2) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหาโดยรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมาก (3) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบพบว่า โดยรวมคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก (4) ในด้านความพึง พอใจต่อระบบสารสนเทศเส้นทางแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรม ผ่านเทคโนโลยีคิวอาร์โค้ด พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก

This research aimed to development of information system for historical and cultural tourism route Buriram province via QR-Code accessing the historical and cultural tourism information in Buriram province. The samples were domestic tourists, officer in government sector and private sector in Buriram provice. The sampling was performed using purposive sampling technique. The research instruments were (1) the in-depth interview: to investigate the access traveling information, needs of tourism route information and guideline to develop the information technology via QR codes (2) the content evaluation (3) the evaluation of effective information system (4) a questionnaire: to evaluate the satisfaction towards information system. This study was a development research using data base management system with MySQL, program PHP language, HTML5 and JavaScript as instruments to develop system. The finding in this research revealed in the followings: (1) The context of historical and cultural attractions route data contained of the Silk Road and the southern volcano route, calendar of traditions, four ethnic groups, information and map service. The guideline to develop information systems was System Development Life Cycle which was a web application to present historical and cultural tourism route in Buriram province via QR-Code. (2) The results of the content evaluation were at a high level. (3) The results of the evaluation of information system were at a high level. (4) In terms of satisfaction of information system for historical and cultural tourism route Buriram province via QR-Code, the results showed that the satisfaction were at a high level.
