optimum profit. The aim principle was
coordination in mutual benefits.The method
and process was business operation according
to Samm - jiva which produced happiness
to house-holders from righteous profit
acquisition. Then the profit and business’
resources were planned, allocated and
spent by Bhogavibh ga 4 and Bhoga- diya

benefits. Regarding applying the concept
of CSR on Buddhist integration to develop
person and society, it was found that
respondents applied the concept to develop
person and society. The analytical study
of participation of person organization
and community in social responsibility on
Buddhist integration found that vertical
participation; participation of business and
community and horizontal participation ;
participation between business and
community from respondents led to
promote social responsibility. While
connecting Buddhist principles to these
participations it gave rise to the participation
according to the concept of self-management,
personnel-management and job-management.
When person, organization and community
apply self-management, personnelmanagement
and job-management, they
received benefit both oneself and others
(mutual benefits) as per the aims of the

society and sustainable environment.
