การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของพนักงานและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของพนักงานในองค์กรไม่แสวงผลกำไรกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานในองค์การพิพิธภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์แห่งชาติ (อพวช.) ที่มีสถานะเป็นองค์กรรัฐวิสาหกิจที่ไม่แสวงหากำไรจำนวน 150 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานได้แก่ Independent Samples t-test, One-Way ANOVA, LSD, และMultiple Linear regression ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงที่มีอายุอยู่ในช่วง 25 - 35 ปี มีสถานภาพโสด และจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มี ระดับรายได้ต่อเดือนที่ 15,000 - 20,000 บาท และมีระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน 6 - 10 ปีแรงจูงใจในการทำงานมีความสำคัญในระดับมากโดยปัจจัยจูงใจมีความสำคัญมากกว่าปัจจัยคํ้าจุน ส่วนประสิทธิภาพการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า มีความสำคัญมากที่สุด ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่าอายุ และลักษณะของงานที่ทำมีผลต่อปัจจัยจูงใจด้านความก้าวหน้าในงาน ส่วนระดับการศึกษาและลักษณะของงานที่ทำมีผลต่อปัจจัยจูงใจด้านการได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ ในด้านอายุและลักษณะของงานที่ทำมีผลต่อปัจจัยคํ้าจุนด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา และลักษณะของงานที่ทำหรืองานประจำที่รับผิดชอบอยู่มีผลต่อปัจจัยคํ้าจุนด้านความ
สัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน และด้านความมั่นคงในการทำงาน นอกจากนี้ปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยคํ้าจุนมีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานด้านการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า
This Independent study aimed to investigate the efficiency of performance of employees and factors affecting the
performance of employees in a non - profit organization. The sample in this research was 150 personnel who worked at National Science Museum (NSM), which was the non-profit state enterprise. Questionnaires
were used to collect data. Statistics used to analyze data were descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics such as Independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, LSD, and Multiple Linear Regression at statistical significant level of 0.05. The results showed that most of the respondents were female, aged between
25 – 35, single, holding bachelor’s degree, earning 15,000 - 20,000 baht of monthly income, having working duration between
6-10 years, The motivation in performance was significant at a high level in which the motivating factors were higher than the
hygiene factors; whereas, the efficiency of performance was significant at a high level, in which the resources efficiency was at the highest level. The results of hypothesis test revealed that age and job description affected motivating factors in the progress of work. Educational level and job description affected motivating factors in the recognition. Age and job description affected hygiene factors in the supervisor’s relationships. Job description affected hygiene factors in colleague relationships, working environment and job security. In addition, the motivating and hygiene factors influenced working performance in resources efficiency.
