โครงการศึกษาองค์ความรู้การจัดการป่าชุมชนโนนใหญ่ อำเภอโพธิ์ศรีสุวรรณ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสถานภาพ และบริบทการจัดการป่าชุมชนโนนใหญ่ 2) เพื่อศึกษากิจกรรม รูปแบบองค์ความรู้การจัดการป่าชุมชนโนนใหญ่และ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอ แนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการจัดการป่าชุมชนในพื้นที่จังหวัด ศรีสะเกษ กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัยครั้งนี้จำ นวน 110 คน โดย ทำการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดย ทำการจำแนกขั้นตอนการวิเคราะห์ออกเป็น 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การ วิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีอุปนัยการตรวจสอบข้อมูล การทำดัชนีข้อมูล การทำข้อสรุปชั่วคราวและกำจัดข้อมูล และการสร้างบทสรุป ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ป่าชุมชนโนนใหญ่ เป็นป่ามีความหลาก หลายมีทั้งป่าดิบแล้งและป่าเบญจพรรณใช้ประโยชน์เป็นแหล่ง หาอาหาร แหล่งสมุนไพร ทรัพยากรไม้เพื่อใช้สอยในครัวเรือน เป็นพื้นที่สำ หรับการเลี้ยงสัตว์ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ การบุกรุกลักลอบตัดไม้การลักลอบล่าสัตว์และเก็บหาของป่า ด้านการศึกษากิจกรรม พบว่ามีกิจกรรมการจัดตั้งชมรมอนุรักษ์ ป่าชุมชน การจัดตั้งกฎระเบียบการดูแลป่าการตั้งกฎระเบียบป่า ชุมชน การระดมงบประมาณเพื่อพัฒนาพื้นที่ป่า การประสาน ความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานในท้องถิ่น การจัดสร้างศูนย์ศึกษาทาง นิเวศน์เพื่อเป็นแหล่งศึกษาเรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กเยาวชนและบุคคล ทั่วไป การอนุรักษ์พืชผักสมุนไพร จุดเรียนรู้ป่าชุมชนธรรมชาติ การจัดตั้งกลุ่มเยาวชนคนรักษ์โนนใหญ่และกิจกรรมการอนุรักษ์ และฟื้นฟูป่าชุมชนในรูปแบบอื่นๆ สามารถนำเสนอแนวทางที่ เหมาะสม 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ระดับครอบครัวและชุมชน ระดับหน่วย งานท้องถิ่นและจังหวัด และระดับนโยบายและระดับประเทศ

The purposes of this research as follows: 1) to study the status and context of Non Yai community forest management 2) to study the activity and body of the knowledge of Non Yai community forest management and 3) to present the suitable ways in community forest management in the areas of Sisaket province.Target groups used inthis research are110 persons byin-depthinterview.The qualitative data analysis by step classification of the analysis as 5 steps; namely analysis with inductive method, checking the data, making the data index, making the temporary conclusion and limiting the data and building the conclusion. The research findings are as follows: The Non Yai community forest was community forest having varieties both tropical rain forest and mixed forest. At the present time Non Yai community forest it is the important resources of the local such as food resources, herb resources and forest resources used in household and it is still theareafor raisinganimals.As for theimportant problems and obstacles it is the trespass to deforest forbidden, smugglingtohunt the wild animals.Astudy of activity, found that there was activity setting up a club toconservethecommunityforest, settingup the rules to take care of the forest, setting up the rules of community forest, raising thefunds to develop the areasof NonYaicommunityforest,cooperating withthe offices in the local, building the center for ecological studyand beingthelearningresources,conservingthe vegetables and herbs, spot for learning the natural communityforest, settingup youthclub wholovethe Non Yai community forest, activities to conserve and restorecommunity forest inother models.Presenting the suitable ways of 3 levels consisted of: 1) family and community 2) offices in the provincial and local levels and 3) policy level and country level."
