การดำเนินงานการบริหารการจัดการกิจกรรม ลดเวลาเรียน เพิ่มเวลารู้ ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพการดำเนินงานการบริหารการจัดกิจกรรม “ลดเวลา เรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้” ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 ในขอบเขตเนื้อหา 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการส่งเสริม 2) การดำเนินกิจกรรม “ลดเวลาเรียน เพิ่มเวลารู้” 3) ด้านควบคุมคุณภาพ โดยจำแนกตามตัวแปร สถานภาพตามตำแหน่ง และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียน จำนวน 59 คน และครู จำนวน 282 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 341 คน ได้จากการกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วทำการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบสอบถามแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมุติฐานใช้ Independent Sample t-test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวใช้เมื่อพบความแตกต่างใช้การเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ โดยกำหนดค่าสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานการบริหารการจัดการกิจกรรม “ลดเวลาเรียน เพิ่มเวลารู้” ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานบริหารการจัดกิจกรรม “ลดเวลาเรียน เพิ่มเวลารู้” ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานการบริหารการจัดการจัดกิจกรรม “ลดเวลา เรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้” ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4) ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานบริหารการจัดกิจกรรม “ลดเวลาเรียน เพิ่มเวลารู้” ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คำสำคัญ การดำเนินงาน ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กิจกรรม “ลดเวลาเรียน เพิ่มเวลารู้”

The purposes of this research were to study and compare The operation states of activity management “Moderate Class, More Knowledge” of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 With 3 frameworks: promotion activities, the activity “Moderate Class, More Knowledge” and quality control activities. The data was classified by position, and school sizes. The sample were 59 administrators and 282 teachers in a total of 341 selected by using the table of Krejcie & Morgan and multi-stage ranldom sampling, respectively. The instrument used in this study was a rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’ method was used to compare each pair of the aspects. The significant was set at the level of .05. The findings were as follows: 1) The opinions of the school administrators and teachers about compare The operation states of activity management “Moderate Class, More Knowledge” of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 Were at a high level. 2) The comparison of the opinions of the school administrators and teachers about compare The operation states of activity management “Moderate Class, More Knowledge” of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 As a whole and each aspect was that the promotion activities were not different. 3) The opinions of the school administrators who worked in different school sizes towards the of activity management “Moderate Class, More Knowledge” of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 were statistically significant different at .05 level. 4) The opinions of the school teachers who worked in different school sizes towards the of activity management “Moderate Class, More Knowledge” of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 were statistically significant different at .05.
