สภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูตามข้อบังคับคุรุสภาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูตามข้อบังคับคุรุสภา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 ที่จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานและขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 335 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นอย่างเป็นสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .83 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้การทดสอบค่าทีและวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว กำหนดค่าสถิติที่มีระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูตามข้อบังคับคุรุสภาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนและอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 5 ด้านโดยเรียงลำดับจากด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดไปหาน้อยที่สุดดังนี้ ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน ด้านการร่วมมือกับผู้อื่น ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง ด้านการประพฤติปฏิบัติตน และด้านการใช้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูตามข้อบังคับคุรุสภาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกันและเมื่อทดสอบเป็นรายคู่เกี่ยวกับสภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูตามข้อบังคับคุรุสภาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 โดยรวมจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนพบว่าครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กกับสถานศึกษาขนาดกลางและในสถานศึกษาขนาดใหญ่กับสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนคู่อื่นไม่แตกต่าง

This research aimed to study and compare teachers’ performance condition in accordance with regulations of the Teachers Council in Buriam Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by working experience and school sizes. The samples in this study were 335, selected by proportionate stratified random sampling. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0. 83. Statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing was conducted using t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) techniques with the set of statistically significant level of .05. The research results Were as follows: 1) The states of teachers' performance in accordance with regulations of the Teachers Council in Buriam Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as a whole was at moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that there was one aspect which was at high level. It was learning and teaching management aspect. There were five aspects which were at moderate level as follows: student development aspect, cooperation with others aspect, self-development aspect, behavior aspect, and information use aspect, respectively. 2) a comparison of teachers opinions toward the states of performance in accordance with regulation of the Teachers Council in Buriam Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by experience, as a whole and in each aspect had no difference. In paired comparison of the states of teachers' performance in accordance with regulations of the Teachers Council in Buriam Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as a whole, classified by school sizes, it was found that the teachers who performed in small schools and middle school, and in big school and small school had differences at the statistically significant level of 0.5. Other aspects had no difference.
