การทดลองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการเจริญเติบโตของเห็ดนางฟ้าที่เพาะด้วยฟางข้าวแห้ง และก้อนเชื้อเห็ดเก่า เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการเจริญเติบโตของเห็ดนางฟ้าที่เพาะด้วยฟางข้าวแห้งและก้อนเชื้อเห็ดเก่า และเพื่อนาผลการวิจัยไปเผยแพร่ ส่งเสริมการมีอาชีพอิสระและการมีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้นให้แก่เกษตรกรและผู้ที่มีความสนใจในการเพาะเชื้อเห็ดได้อย่างเหมาะสมและยั่งยืนโดยใช้แผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มอย่างสมบูรณ์ (Completely Randomize Design , CRD) ประกอบด้วย 6 Treatment Treatment ละ50 ก้อน ได้แก่ (T1) ขี้เลื่อยไม้ยางพาราใหม่ 100% (T2) ฟางข้าวแห้ง (T3) ขี้เลื่อยไม้ยางพาราใหม่:เก่าอัตรา 50:50 (T4) ขี้เลื่อยไม้ยางพาราใหม่:เก่า อัตรา 60:40 (T5) ขี้เลื่อยไม้ยางพาราใหม่:เก่า อัตรา 55:45 (T6) ขี้เลื่อยไม้ยางพาราใหม่:เก่า อัตรา 70:30 บันทึกข้อมูลโดยการนับจานวนดอก(ดอก) วัดความกว้าง(ซ.ม.)และชั่งน้าหนักสด(กรัม) ทุกวันจนครบ 2 เดือน เมื่อสิ้นสุดการทดลองวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนและเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของTreatment ด้วย Duncan ,s New Multiple Range Test (DMRT) และวิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรมสาเร็จรูปทางสถิติ
ผลการทดลองพบว่า สิ่งทดลองทั้ง 6 Treatment มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติ (P≤0.05) ด้านจานวนดอก Treatment ที่ได้ผลผลิตสูงสุดคือ (T1) ขี้เลื่อยใหม่100% คือ 23.94 รองลงมาคือ (T6) ขี้เลื่อยใหม่: เก่า อัตรา 70:30 คือ 23.47 และ(T5) ขี้เลื่อยใหม่: เก่า อัตรา 55:45 คือ 21.75 ตามลาดับ ด้านความกว้างTreatment ที่ได้ผลผลิตสูงสุดคือ (T1) ขี้เลื่อยใหม่100% คือ 11.00 ซ.ม รองลงมาคือ(T4)ขี้เลื่อยใหม่: เก่า อัตรา 60:40 คือ 10.47 ซ.ม และ(T6) ขี้เลื่อยใหม่: เก่า อัตรา 70:30 คือ 10.34 ซ.ม ตามลาดับและด้านน้าหนักสด Treatment ที่ได้ผลผลิตสูงสุดด้านจานวนดอกคือ(T1) ขี้เลื่อยใหม่100% คือ 91.69 รองลงมาคือ(T6) ขี้เลื่อยใหม่:เก่า อัตรา 70:30 คือ 84.26 และ(T4) ขี้เลื่อยใหม่:เก่า อัตรา 60:40 คือ 72.09 ตามลาดับ แสดงให้เห็นว่าเกษตรกรสามารถที่จะนาสูตรขี้เลื่อยใหม่:เก่า อัตรา 70:30 ที่ให้ผลในด้านจานวนดอกและ น้าหนักสด และขี้เลื่อยไม้ยางพาราใหม่:เก่า อัตรา 60:40 ที่ให้ผลในด้านความกว้างของดอก ไปใช้ในการเพาะเห็ดนางฟ้าเพื่อทดแทนสูตรขี้เลื่อยใหม่ 100% รวมถึงเป็นการลดต้นทุนในการผลิตก้อนเชื้อเห็ดนางฟ้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
This experiment aims to study the growth of Phoenix mushroom to dried rice straw and old mycelium spawn and compare the growth of Phoenix mushroom to dried rice straw and old mycelium spawn and widespread the result of the study, promote a career and increase the income for farmers. The usage plan is Completely Randomized Design (CRD); it contains 6 Treatments as follows (T1) new formula sawdust 100% (T2) dried rice straw (T3) new formula sawdust: old formula sawdust 50:50 T3) new formula sawdust: old formula sawdust 60:40 (T5) new formula sawdust: old formula sawdust 55:45 (T6) new formula sawdust: old formula sawdust 70:30. Data recorded counts the number of flowers (flowers), measure the width (cm) and weight (g), daily recorded until 2 months. At the end of the experiment, it analyses the variance and the average of treatment with Duncan,s New Multiple Range Test (DMRT) and the statistics for data analysis.
The result of the experiment found that the 6 Treatments were different with statistical significance (P <0.05). The number of flowers was high result, it was (T1) new formula sawdust 100% (23.94 flowers) and (T6) new formula sawdust: old formula sawdust 70:30 (23.47flowers) and (T5) new formula sawdust: old formula sawdust 55:45 (21.75 flowers) respectively. The width was high result, it was (T1) new formula sawdust 100% (11.00 cm) and (T4) new formula
sawdust: old formula sawdust 60:40 (10.47 cm) and (T6) new formula sawdust: old formula sawdust 70:30 (10.37 cm) respectively. The fresh weight was high result, it was (T1) new formula sawdust 100% (91.69 g) and (T6) new formula sawdust: old formula sawdust 70:30 (84.26 g) and (T4) new formula sawdust: old formula sawdust 60:40 (72.09 g) respectively. It showed that farmers are able to apply new formula sawdust: old formula sawdust 70:30 to produce lots of flower and fresh weight and new formula sawdust: old formula sawdust 60:40 to produce the width of flowers to grow Phoenix mushroom spawn instead of (T1) new formula sawdust 100% in order to reduce the budget to grow Phoenix mushroom spawn as well.
