สำรวจคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะครุศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งน้ีมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสารวจคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัยคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคร้ังน้ีได้แก่ นักศึกษาภาคปกติสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวย ั คณะครุ ศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ที่กาลังศึกษาในปี การศึกษา 2550 จ านวน 240 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ความมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักศึกษาภาคปกติ แบ่งออกเป็ น 3 ตอน ไดแ ้ ก่ ขอ ้ มูล ส่วนตัว ขอ ้ มูลดา ้ นคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และอุปสรรคและปัญหาในการนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมมาปฏิบัติ และขอ ้ เสนอแนะ การวเิ คราะห์ขอ ้ มูลใช้ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) และค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ผลการวจ ิ ย ั พบวา ่ การตอบแบบสอบถามของนักศึกษาภาคปกติ สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวท ิ ยาลย ั ราชภฏ ั บุรีรัมย์ มีดง ั น้ี แบบสอบถามตอนที่ 1 ขอ ้ มูลส่วนตัว เพศหญิงคิดเป็ นร้อยละ 96.25 และนักศึกษาเพศชายคิด เป็ น ร้อยละ 3.75 อายุ 19 ปี คิดเป็ นร้อยละ 25.42 อายุ 20 ปี คิดเป็ นร้อยละ 19.17 อายุ 24 ปี ข้ึนไป คิดเป็ นร้อยละ 4.58 แบบสอบถามตอนที่ 2 นก ั ศึกษามีการเรียนรู้เรื่องคุณธรรมจริยธรรมจากอาจารยม ์ ีค่าเฉลี่ย สูงสุดอยใ ู่ นระดบ ั มาก X = 4.26 และการเรียนรู้จากเทป / CD มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่าสุด X = 2.90 แบบสอบถามตอนที่ 3 อุปสรรคและปัญหาในการนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมมาปฏิบต ั ิที่พบมีดง ั น้ี 3.1 ปัญหาในการน าคุณธรรมจริยธรรมมาปฏิบัติ 3.1.1 นก ั ศึกษามีปัญหาที่ตว ั บุคคล มีความเขินอายในการทาความดี ไม่ตรงต่อเวลา ไม่ รู้ จก ั ประหยด ั ไม่มีความซื่อสัตย์ ขาดแรงจูงใจ เป็ นตน ้ 3.1.2 นก ั ศึกษามีปัญหาในการทางานกลุ่ม ไม่ช่วยงานเพื่อน ไม่มีความรับผิดชอบ ไม่ สามารถช่วยเหลือตนเองได้ เป็ นตน

The purpose of this study was to survey Early Childhood Education students’ morals and ethics. The sample in this research was 240 Early Childhood Education students, Faculty of Education, Buriram Rajabhat University during the 2007 academic year. The instrument was questionnaire consisting of 3 parts; (1) personal information, (2) questions of morals and ethics and (3) problems and obstacles of morals and ethics application and recommendation. The statistics used in this study were percentage and mean. The results of the study were as follows: Part 1of the questionnaire revealed that among 240 participants, 96.25% were female students and 3.75% were male students. There was 25.42% of the participants who were at age 19, 19.17% at age 20 and 4.58% over 24 years old. Part 2 of the questionnaire revealed that the students learned morals and ethics from their teachers at high rank for a score of 4.26. The students learned from cassette tapes and CDs at the lowest rank for a score of 2.90. Part 3 of the questionnaire revealed students’ problems and obstacles on morals and ethics as follows: 3.1 problems and obstacles of morals and ethics application 3.1.1 For individual student problems, the students were shy to behave in good ways, so they were not being on time, not being honest, not spending reasonably, and they also stated that they lack the motivation, etc. 3.1.2 For group-work problems, the students did not help their groups; they were not responsible for their work, etc. 3.2 Recommendation on morals and ethics application in everyday life 3.2.1 Students recommended that every student should follow social rules, do good things, and not cause anybody’s trouble, etc. 3.2.2 Students also give other suggestions, for example, supporting and praising good people as a model, setting up project of bringing the students to temples, listening to others’ comments, being true to themselves and others, etc.
