ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอตาพระยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอตา พระยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอตาพระยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 จำแนกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่ วุฒิการศึกษา และประเภทโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 31 คน และข้าราชการครู จำนวน 210 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะ คือ แบบ ตรวจรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อย ละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการ ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว หากพบความแตกต่างอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติจะใช้วิธีการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอตาพระยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 มีภาวะผู้นำ การเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ปรากฏว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอำเภอตาพระยา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 เป็นรายด้าน พบว่า 2.1 ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและข้าราชการครูในอำเภอ ตาพระยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 จำแนกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่ พบว่า มีความคิดเห็น เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงมากกว่าข้าราชการครู 2.2 ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและข้าราชการครูในอำเภอตา พระยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่ามีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะ ผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.3 ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและข้าราชการครูในอำเภอ ตาพระยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 จำแนกตามประเภทโรงเรียน ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียน ประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา และโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการ เปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาไม่แตกต่างกัน

The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the transformational leadership of school administrators in Taphraya District under Sakaeo Educational Service Area Office 2 : 2) to compare the transformational leadership classified by position, educational level and school type. The sample used in this study were 31 school administrators and 210 teachers. The research instrument was a set of questionnaire, including, checklist, rating scale and open ended form with its reliability at .97. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by independent sample t-test and One - way analysis of variance. If there were some significant difference, the Scheffe/ method was used. The results were as follows : 1. The transformation leadership of the school administrators in Taphraya District under Sakaeo Educational Service Area Office 2 as a whole and in each aspect was at the high level . 2. The comparison of the transformational leadership of school administrators in Taphraya District under Sakaeo Educational Service Area Office 2 found that : 2.1 The opinions about the transformational leadership of school administrators and teachers in Taphraya District under Sakaeo Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by positions were statistical significant difference at .05 level. The school administrators had more transformational leadership than theteachers. 2.2 The opinions about the transformational leadership of school administrators and teachers in Taphraya District under Sakaeo Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by educational level were not different. 2.3. The opinions about the transformational leadership of school administrators and teachers in Taphraya District under Sakaeo Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by school type : primary school, extension opportunity school and secondary school were not different.
