ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการการออกกำลังกาย ในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการการออกกำลังกาย ในมหาวิทยาลัย ราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ในครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการการออกกำลังกาย และเพื่อค้นหาตัวพยากรณ์ที่ดี และสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการการออกกำลังกายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักเรียน นักศึกษา ครู อาจารย์ และบุคคลทั่วไป ที่มาใช้บริการการออกกำลังกายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 160 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า องค์ประกอบที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการการออกกำลังกายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ได้แก่ ด้านสถานที่ อุปกรณ์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และการบริการ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.647 0.757 ตามลำดับ โดยมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (R) ระหว่างองค์ประกอบทั้งหมดกับความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการการออกกำลังกาย เท่ากับ .616 และสมการพยากรณ์ความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการการออกกำลังกาย คือ

Y’ = .501 + .561X2 + .315X1

= .582Z2 + .271Z1

ABSTRACE The objectives of this study were to examine the factors which affected to satisfaction with the use of exercise as well as to find out good predicting and to make the predicting equation of satisfaction with the use of exercise in Buriram Rajabhat University. Samples consisted of simple random sampling of 160 people who were professors, teachers, students and general people exercised in Buriram Rajabhat University. The findings indicated that there were many factors that affected to satisfaction with the use of exercise in Buriram Rajabhat University as follow: place, equipment and facility. The results from correlation analysis of service were .0647 .0757 which was statically significant at .01 level. The result from multiple correlation analysis between all of components and the satisfaction with the use of exercise was .616 The result from predicting equation of the satisfaction was Y’ = .501+.561"X" _"2" +.315"X" _"1" "Z" _"Y" ^"'" = .582"Z" _"2" +.271"Z" _"1"
