การศึกษาความต้องการในการพัฒนาตนเองเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะใหม่และเสริมสร้าง ทักษะเดิมที่มีอยู่ของศิษย์เก่าสาขาวิชาสถิติประยุกต์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ปีการศึกษา 2554-2561

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความต้องการในการพัฒนาตนเองเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะใหม่และเสริมสร้างทักษะเดิมที่มีอยู่ของศิษย์เก่า สาขาสถิติประยุกต์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ปีการศึกษา 2554-2561 2 ) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้องการในเรื่องการพัฒนาทักษะใหม่ และเสริมสร้างทักษะเดิมที่มีอยู่ของศิษย์เก่า สาขาสถิติประยุกต์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ปีการศึกษา 2554-2561 จำแนกตาม อายุ อาชีพ ลักษณะหน่วยงานที่ประกอบอาชีพ ที่ตั้งของสถานประกอบการ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือศิษย์เก่าสาขาวิชาสถิติประยุกต์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ปีการศึกษา 2554-2561 ทั้งหมด 190 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วน ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาชเท่ากับ 0.924 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าความถี ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลีย ส่วนเบียนเบนมาตรฐาน และ สถิติทดสอบ F - test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการในการพัฒนาตนเองเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะเดิมส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก มีเพียงศิษย์เก่าต้องการเสริมสร้างทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ (= 4.53, S.D. = 0.61) เท่านั้นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ในส่วนของความต้องการในการพัฒนาตนเองเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะใหม่ ศิษย์เก่าต้องการพัฒนาอยู่ในระดับมากทุกเรื่อง โดยทักษะใหม่ที่ศิษย์เก่าต้องการพัฒนามากที่สุด ได้แก่ ศิษย์เก่าต้องการเพิ่มเติมทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Photoshop เมื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบความต้องการในเรื่องการพัฒนาทักษะใหม่ และเสริมสร้างทักษะเดิมที่มีอยู่ของศิษย์เก่า พบว่า ศิษย์เก่าที่มี อายุ อาชีพ ลักษณะหน่วยงาน ที่ตั้งของสถานประกอบการต่างกัน จะมีความต้องการเสริมสร้างทักษะเดิมเรื่องการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel และ ทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมการนำเสนอข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ในส่วนของทักษะใหม่ พบว่า ศิษย์เก่าที่มีลักษณะหน่วยงานที่ประกอบอาชีพต่างกันจะมีความต้องการพัฒนาทักษะใหม่ในเรื่อง ทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Photoshop ศิษย์เก่าต้องการเพิ่มเติมทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Orange ศิษย์เก่าต้องการเพิ่มเติมทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Awos ศิษย์เก่าต้องการเพิ่มเติมทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Eview ศิษย์เก่าต้องการเพิ่มเติมทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Tabula และ ศิษย์เก่าต้องการเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับภาษาโปรแกรมต่างๆ เช่น Phthon, R, Unix, Java/sdala และ SQL ต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05

Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.924. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and F - test statistics. The research results found that The need for self-development to strengthen previous skills is mostly at a high level. Only alumni wanting to strengthen their English language skills ( = 4.53, S.D. = 0.61) were at the highest level. In terms of the need for self-development to develop new skills Alumni want to develop at a high level in every area. The new skills that alumni want to develop the most include: Alumni want to increase their skills in using Adobe Photoshop. When comparing the needs for developing new skills, and strengthen the existing skills of alumni. It was found that alumni with different ages, occupations, and organizational characteristics The locations of the establishments are different. There will be a need to strengthen previous skills in using Microsoft Excel and skills in using information presentation programs. They are significantly different at the significance level of 0.05. In terms of new skills, it was found that alumni with different career organization characteristics will have a desire to develop new skills in Skills in using Adobe Photoshop. Alumni want to increase skills in using the Orange program. Alumni want to increase skills in using the Awos program. Alumni want to increase skills in using the Eview program. Alumni want to increase skills in using the Tabula program. Alumni want to increase skills in using the Tabula program. And alumni need more skills in using the language program. Programs such as Phthon, R, Unix, Java/sdala, and SQL are significantly different at the 0.05 significance level.
