แอปพลิเคชันติดตามข้อมูลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงผ่านระบบคิวอาร์โค้ด ของชุมชนในพื้นที่อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันติดตามข้อมูลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงผ่านระบบคิวอาร์โค้ดของชุมชนในพื้นที่อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพของแอปพลิเคชัน และเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน โดยใช้กระบวนการทำงานตามขั้นตอนหลักการพัฒนาระบบ (SDLC) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลผู้ป่วย ผู้สูงอายุ ของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 35 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แอปพลิเคชันติดตามข้อมูลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงผ่านระบบคิวอาร์โค้ด แบบประเมินคุณภาพแอปพลิเคชัน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน โดยการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นรูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา จัดการข้อมูลระบบด้วย MySQL ออกแบบและพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันด้วยภาษา Laravel ร่วมกับ HTML5 และจาวาสคริปต์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แอปพลิคชันติดตามข้อมูลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงผ่านระบบคิวอาร์โค้ด มีคุณภาพโดยรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.47 และความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานโดยรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับดีมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.53 การนำใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันมาปรับใช้จัดการข้อมูลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงผ่านระบบคิวอาร์โค้ด ก่อให้เกิดแนวทางการปรับตัวของเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านการสาธารณสุข เพื่อการทำงานภายใต้ข้อจำกัดในสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน (New normal)

The objective of this research was to develop an application palliative care via QR-Code system of community in Mueang District Buriram Province to 1) study the quality of the application and 2) study users’ satisfaction by using the system development life cycle (SDLC). The sample group in this research was 35 people who were elderly care workers of sub-district health promoting hospitals in the area of Mueang District Buriram Province. The tools were used in the study that were the application palliative care via QR-Code system, an application quality assessment form and a users’ satisfaction assessment form. This research was a research and development (R&D), it managed information system by MySQL, designed and developed the application by the language of Laravel with HTML 5 and JavaScript. The results showed that application palliative care via QR-Code system had overall quality in all aspects in hight level. The mean was 4.47 and the overall users’ satisfaction in all aspects at a very good level, its value was 4.67. The application was applied to manage bedridden patient data via QR code system, it caused an adaptation approach for public health officials for working under the limitations in the current situation (New normal).
