Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะนักทรัพยากรมนุษย์ตามความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน ในยุค 2020 กรณีศึกษานักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ 2) เพื่อได้แนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะนักสาขาวิชาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในยุค 2020 ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน กรณีศึกษานักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาสาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ จำนวน 140 คน และ ผู้ประกอบการในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม โดยใช้สถิติสหสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะของนักทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในยุค 2020 ประกอบด้วยทุนทางปัญญา ทุนทางสังคมและทุนทางอารมณ์ ตามความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน โดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในระดับ 0.01

The purposes of this research is to 1) study the characteristics of human resource workers according to the needs of the labor market in the 2020 case study of students in human resource management program 2) To guide line on developing human resource characteristics in the 2020 to meet the needs of the labor market. This research is the mix method research. The sample were students in human resource management program, faculty of management science 140 people and 10 entrepreneurs in the area of Muang Buriram district, The research tool was a questionnaire. The research using descriptive statistics to analyze the percentage, mean and standard deviation. and analyze the regression. The results were found that the 2020 human resource attributes include intellectual capital, social capital and emotional capital according to the needs of the labor market with statistical significance at the level of 0.01
