Abstract

การศึกษาแนวทางการใช้ประโยชน์จากเปลือกกล้วยบด ร่วมกับเปลือกไข่ไก่บด เพื่อใช้เป็นวัสดุบำรุงมะเขือเทศพันธุ์สีดา ประกอบด้วย 4 กรรมวิธีการทดลองละๆ 3 ซาละๆ 4 ต้น รวม 48 หน่วยการทดลอง โดยทำการปลูกมะเขือเทศพันธุ์สีดาใส่ในถุงกระสอบปุ๋ย วางแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มสมบูรณ์ (completely Randomized design , CRD) โดยแต่ละหน่วยการทดลอง กำหนดตามกรรมวิธีทดลองดังต่อไปนี้ กรรมวิธีที่ 1 ไม่ใส่เปลือกไข่ไก่และเปลือกกล้วยบด กรรมวิธีที่ 2 ใส่เปลือกกล้วยนาว้าบด 20 กรัม เปลือกไข่ไก่บด 10 กรัม กรรมวิธีที่ 3 ใส่เปลือกกล้วยไข่บด 20 กรัม เปลือกไข่ไก่บด 10 กรัม กรรมวิธีที่ 4 ใส่เปลือกกล้วยหอมบด 20 กรัม เปลือกไข่ไก่บด 10 กรัม เก็บข้อมูลการเจริญเติบโตในด้านความสูงต้น ความกว้างใบ ความยาวใบ เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางทรงพุ่ม ที่อายุการปลูกมะเขือเทศพันธุ์สีดา 100 และ 120 วัน ส่วนด้านผลผลิต น้ำหนักสดผลมะเขือเทศที่อายุการเก็บเกี่ยว 120 วัน ผลการทดลอง พบว่า การใช้ (T3) เปลือกกล้วยไข่บด 20 กรัม เปลือกไข่ไก่บด 10 กรัม มีผลต่อการเจริญเติบโตในด้านความสูง แตกต่างกันทางสถิติอย่างมีนัยสาคัญ (P<0.05) ความกว้างทรงพุ่ม ความยาวใบ และด้านความกว้างใบของมะเขือเทศพันธุ์สีดาในช่วงอายุ 100 และ 120 วัน แตกต่างกันทางสถิติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (P<0.01) เนื่องจากในเปลือกกล้วยบดให้สารโพแทสเซียม มีสารแทนนิน ไฟเบอร์และโพลีแซคคาไรด์ กลุ่มเพคติน และแร่ธาตุที่จาเป็นต่อพืช ช่วยบำรุงให้ต้นมะเขือเทศเติบโตแข็งแรง เมื่อนำมาผสมร่วมกับเปลือกไข่ไก่ที่อุดมไปด้วยแคลเซียม ไนโตรเจน และมีแมกนีเซียมช่วยเสริมสำหรับกลุ่มพืชที่ต้องการให้ติดผลที่มีคุณภาพ จึงทำให้เมื่อนำ เปลือกกล้วยไข่บดมาผสมร่วมกับเปลือกไข่ไก่บด สามารถช่วยให้มะเขือเทศพันธุ์สีดามีการเจริญเติบโตและผลผลิตดีขึ้น เป็นการนำวัสดุเหลือทิ้งจากการบริโภคภายครัวเรือนนามาใช้เป็นปุ๋ยบำรุงพืชให้เกิดประโยชน์ได้ดี ส่วน (T1) (Control) ไม่ใส่เปลือกไข่ไก่และเปลือกกล้วยบดมีการเจริญเติบโตต่ำที่สุดทุกด้าน
