ผลของการใช้สารเร่งใบปริมาณแตกต่างกัน จากเครื่องดื่มชูกาลัง กะปิ และผงชูรสที่ส่งผลต่อการปลูกผักกาดเขียวปลี

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาผลของการใช้สารเร่งใบปริมาณแตกต่างกัน จากเครื่องดื่มชูกาลัง กะปิ และผงชูรสที่ส่งผลต่อการปลูกผักกาดเขียวปลี ดาเนินการวิจัย ณ บ้านเลขที่ 502 หมู่ที่ 3 ต.ประโคนชัย อ.ประโคนชัย จ.บุรีรัมย์ 31140 วางแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มสมบูรณ์ (Completely Randomized Design; CRD) นาข้อมูลมาทาการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน แบ่งเป็น 4 กรรมวิธีการทดลอง (T1) CONTROL ไม่รดฮอร์โมนสูตรเร่งใบ (T2) รดฮอร์โมนสูตรเร่งใบ 50 มิลลิลิตร (T3) รดฮอร์โมนสูตรเร่งใบ 80 มิลลิลิตรและ (T4) รดฮอร์โมนสูตรเร่งใบ 100 มิลลิลิตร ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (T3) รดฮอร์โมนสูตรเร่งใบ 80 มิลลิลิตร มีผลทำให้มีความสูงต้นผักกาดเขียวปลี ความกว้างใบ ความยาวใบ และจานวนใบมากที่สุด โดยไม่มีความแตกต่างกันทางนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ (p>0.05) เนื่องจากการใช้เครื่องดื่มชูกาลัง มีวิตามินบี 12 ที่ช่วยในการส่งเสริมการเจริญเติบโตของผักกาดเขียวปลีได้ดี และยังพบสารไคโตไคนิน เป็นฮอร์โมนที่พบได้ในพืช คือ ซีอะติน ที่พบสะสมในปมรากพืชมีคุณสมบัติช่วยในการแบ่งตัวของเซลล์พืช ส่งเสริมการเจริญเติบโตของลาต้น ช่วยในกระบวนการเคลื่อนย้ายธาตุอาหารจากปลายรากพืชสู่ส่วนยอดกระตุ้นกระบวนการสร้างคลอโรฟิลล์ในพืช เมื่อนำมาใช้ร่วมกับโมโนโซเดียมกูลตาเมต ซึ่งเป็นเกลือของ กรดกูลตามิก ที่เป็นองค์ประกอบสาคัญของโปรตีนในพืช จึงมีผลร่วมกันทาให้การใช้ในการปลูกผักกาดเขียวปลีมีผลผลิตที่ดี ส่วนการใช้ (T2) รดฮอร์โมนสูตรเร่งใบ 50 มิลลิลิตร มีผลในด้านการให้น้าหนักสดที่มากที่สุด การใช้ (T4) รดฮอร์โมนสูตรเร่งใบ 100 มิลลิลิตร เป็นปริมาณที่มีความเข้มข้นสูงเกินไปสาหรับพืชทาให้ผลผลิตในทุกด้านต่าสุด
