การพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชั่นเพื่อการบริหารจัดการขยะแบบครบวงจรผ่านระบบ คิวอาร์โค้ด ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านยาง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์สภาพนิเวศ ปัญหาในการจัดการขยะขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านยาง 2) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาแอพพลิเคชั่นเพื่อการบริหารจัดการขยะขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านยาง3)เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพในการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นเพื่อการบริหารจัด การขยะขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านยาง โดยใช้วิธีการดำเนินการตามหลักวงจรการพัฒนาระบบ (System Development Life Cycle : SDLC) กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยจำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1) แอพพลิเคชั่นเพื่อการบริหารจัดการขยะผ่านระบบคิวอาร์โค้ด 2) ประเด็นสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 3) แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นบริหารจัดการขยะแบบครบวงจร และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านยาง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ มีลักษณะชุมชนติดเมืองและเป็นเส้นทางผ่านของการจราจร ทำให้เกิดมลภาวะจากขยะมูลฝอยทั้งในชุมชน และจากการสัญจรของประชาชนทั่วไป โดยชุมชนมีการจัดการขยะด้วยการใช้หลักการ 3 R ได้แก่ การปฏิเสธการงดใช้สินค้าหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ยากต่อการทำลายเป็นมลพิษต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม (Reject) การใช้วัสดุธรรมชาติแทนบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ใช้บรรจุอาหารสำหรับการอุปโภคบริโภคในชีวิตประจำวันเพื่อลดปริมาณขยะมูลฝอยที่จะตามมา (Reduce) การนำเศษวัสดุของเหลือใช้มาปรับปรุงเพื่อการใช้งานใหม่อีกรอบ (Recycle) โดยอาศัยการมีส่วนร่วมของชาวบ้านในชุมชน 2) แอพพลิเคชั่นเพื่อการบริหารจัดการขยะประกอบด้วยส่วนของการสแกนคิวอาร์โค้ดประเภทของขยะ เพื่อคำนวณเก็บสะสมคะแนนเพื่อแลกของรางวัล และส่วนของเว็บไซต์การจัดการข้อมูลสารสนเทศการบริหารจัดการขยะ ได้แก่ การจัดการข้อมูลภาพกิจกรรม แผนที่พิกัดของสมาชิก และข่าวสารประชาสัมพันธ์ 3) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพแอพพลิเคชั่น เพื่อการบริหารจัดการขยะผ่านระบบคิวอาร์โค้ด พบว่ามีประสิทธิภาพ โดยรวมคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก (x= 4.46) คุณภาพของเว็บไซต์ระบบจัดการขยะอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x= 4.53) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานต่อแอพพลิเคชั่น พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x= 4.49) การประยุกต์ใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นในการบริหารจัดการขยะแบบครบวงจร ทำให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถลดขั้นตอนในการจัดการขยะในครัวเรือนได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้นสร้างเจตคติที่ดีในการนำขยะมาสร้างมูลค่าผ่านการทำงานของกลุ่มในชุมชน
