ไหมมัดหมี่ในผลิตภัณฑ์กระเป๋าถือหนัง

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ งานสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์กระเป๋าถือโดยใช้วัสดุหนังร่วมกับไหมมัดหมี่ที่การผสานสีระหว่างไหมเส้นยืนกับไหมเส้นพุ่งสีต่างสีกันให้ผลต่างจากการผสมสี ทำให้ค่าความจัดของสี น้ำหนักของสี และทำให้ความเป็นสีเปลี่ยนไป เด่นชัดกรณีใช้สีคู่ตรงข้ามกัน อีกทั้งทำให้เกิดประกายสี ขณะที่ผ้าต้องแสงเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนทิศทางของแสงจะสร้างความเลื่อมพรายให้เกิดกับผืนผ้า สามารถการนำผลวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์โดยเปลี่ยนวิธีการผลิตแบบ เดิมที่ช่างมัดหมี่จะทำการมัดหมี่เส้นพุ่งคราวเดียว จะแบ่งไปทอได้ผ้า 2 ผืน ที่มีแบบลายและสีสันของผ้าเหมือนกันทุกประการ แต่การผลิตตามการวิจัยเมื่อมัดหมี่เส้นพุ่งแล้วเสร็จ แบ่งเส้นพุ่งส่วนหนึ่งไปทอขัดกับเส้นยืนสีหนึ่ง และนำเส้นพุ่งส่วนที่เหลือไปทอขัดกับเส้นยืนอีกสีหนึ่ง ทำให้ได้ผลงานผ้าไหมมัดหมี่ 2 ผืนที่มีแบบสีคนละแบบสร้างความหลากหลายให้กับสินค้าและลดต้นทุนในการผลิตสินค้า คำสำคัญ: ออกแบบ สี ไหม มัดหมี่ กระเป๋า

Abstract Creation of handbag products using leather and Mudmee silk. The findings showed that the colour combination between warp threads and weft threads with different colours gave different results which created the change in intensity, value and hue, especially when using complementary colours. Moreover, it created colour radiance. While the fabrics exposed to the light, the change of light direction created radiance on the fabric. This research results can be applied to change traditional production methods which made a single bundle of weft threads to produce 2 pieces of Mudmee fabrics with the same pattern and colour. However, according to the research, when the weft threads were finished, they were divided into portions. The first portion was woven with one colour warp threads, and the rest portion was woven with another colour warp threads. This process made 2 different colour pieces of Mudmee fabrics which created a variety of the products and reduced production cost. Keywords: Design, Colour, Silk, Mudmee, handbag
