ศึกษาสีของผ้าสแลนที่มีผลต่อการเจริญเติบโตของเห็ดโคนน้อย

Abstract

การทดลองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสีของผ้าสแลนที่มีผลต่อการเจริญเติบโตของเห็ดโคนน้อยทำการทดลอง ณ คณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ระว่างวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2561 – 13 สิงหาคม 2561 ใช้แผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มอย่างสมบูรณ์ (Completely Randomized Design: CRD) แบ่งการทดลองเป็น 4 ทรีตเมนต์ ทรีตเมนต์ละ 4 ซ้า ได้แก่ 1. ผ้าสแลนนสีขาว 2. ผ้าสแลนสีน้าเงิน 3. ผ้าสแลนสีเขียว 4. ผ้าสแลนสีกำผลการทดลองพบว่า ด้านน้ำหนักสด น้ำหนักแห้ง และจำนวนดอกมีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติ โดยทรีตเมนต์ที่ 4 ผ้าสแลนสีดามีผลทำให้น้ำนักสด น้ำหนักแห้ง และจำนวนดอกสูงสุด เฉลี่ย 18.72 2.95 17.37 กรัม ตามลำดับ ดังนั้นจะเห็นได้ว่า การนำผ้าสแลนสีดำมาใช้ในการคุมกองเห็ดโคนน้อย สามารถช่วยส่งเสริมการเจริญเติบโตด้านน้าหนักสด น้ำหนักแห้ง และจำนวนดอก เนื่องจาก ผ้าสแลนสีกำมีความเข้มของแสงต่ำทำให้เห็ดเจริญเติบโตได้อย่างรวดเร็วกว่าสีอื่น

This experiment the objective of the study was color of fabric salan affects the growth of shaggy mane cap. Which Faculty of Agriculture Buriram Rajabhat University during 30, 2018 - August, 2018. Completely randomized design, CRD consisting of 4 treatment repetition of 4 methods as methods 1.Was blue fabric methods 2Was green fabric methods 3.Was black fabric methods 4.Was white fabric This study found to insert live weight, dry weight and number flowers there was statistically significant difference with treatment 4 Black fabric result live weight, dry weight and high flowers number average 18.72 2.95 17.37 gram Respectively. So can see that black fabrication used to control shaggy mane cap can help promote growth live weight, dry weight and number flowers. Due to black fabric of low light intensity. Make shaggy mane cap growth better than other colors.
