ผลของสารสกัดหยาบสมุนไพรต่อผลผลิตผักกวางตุ้งในระบบไฮโดรโปนิกส์

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของสารสกัดหยาบสมุนไพรต่อผลผลิตผักกวางตุ้งในระบบไฮโดรโปนิกส์ โดยวางแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มสมบูรณ์ (completely randomized desing; CRD) โดยนำผักกวางตุ้งอายุ 1 สัปดาห์ ย้ายลงปลูกในโรงเรือนไฮโดรโปนิกส์ จากนั,นทุกๆ 3 วันฉีดพ่นสารสกัดหยาบสมุนไพร 3 ชนิด ได้แก่ สารสกัดหยาบ พริก กระเทียม และตะไคร้ ส่วนชุดควบคุมไม่ฉีดพ่น จนกระทัง, ถึงอายุการเก็บเกี่ยว (4 สัปดาห์) จากการทดลองพบว่า ผักกวางตุ้งทีฉีดพ่นสารสกัดหยาบทั้ง 3 ชนิด ไม่พบรอยโรคและแมลงศัตรูพืชเข้าทำลาย นอกจากนัน, ความสูงต้นมีค่า ไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (p>0.05) แต่อย่างไรก็ตามการฉีดพ่นสารสกัดหยาบตะไคร้ทำให้ผักกวางตุ้งมีนํ,าหนักสด น้ำหนักแห้งมีค่ามากทีสุด ขณะทีไม่ฉีดพ่นทำให้เกิดรอยโรคและแมลงศัตรูพืชเข้าทำลาย ดังนัน, จึงส่งผลให้มีน้ำหนักสด และนํ,าหนักแห้งน้อยทีสุดจากการทดลองแสดงให้เห็นว่าการฉีดพ่นสารสกัดหยาบทั้ง, 3 ชนิด มีประสิทธิภาพในการ เพิ่มผลผลิตของผักกวางตุ้งในระบบไฮโดรโปนิกส์

This research aimed to study the effect of herb crude extract on the yield of Chinese cabbage in hydroponics with completely randomized design (CRD) by transplant one week of Chinese cabbage moved into a hydroponics system plant. Then, every 3 days, spray 3 courses of herb crude extract: chili crude extract, garlic and lemongrass with the control unit is not sprayed until the harvest time (4 weeks). It was found that all three herb crude extracts on Chinese cabbage were not found disease and insect pests. In addition, the tree height was not significantly different (p> 0.05). However, the spraying of herb crude extracts of lemongrass makes Chinese cabbage have a fresh weight, dry weight is most valuable. While it is not sprayed, it causes disease and insect pests that results in a fresh weight and a dry weight as minimum. The experiments showed that all three herb crude extracts were effective in increasing the yield of Chinese cabbage in hydroponic system.
