ผลของปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ต่อการงอกและการเจริญเติบโตของอ้อยชาถุง

Abstract

การศึกษาการใช้ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ที่ได้จากมูลวัว,มูลสุกรและมูลไก่ที่ส่งผลตํอการงอกของอ้อยพันธุ์ระยอง 95 วางแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มอย่างสมบูรณ์ (Completely Randomized Design, CRD) มี 4 กรรมวิธี จานวน 4 ซ้า คือ (T1)การไมํใสํปุ๋ย(T2)การใช้ปุ๋ยมูลวัว(T3)การใช้ปุ๋ยมูลสุกรและ(T4)การใช้ปุ๋ยมูลไกํ เก็บข้อมูล ความสูงของต้น,ความยาวของราก,น้าหนักแห้งราก,น้าหนักแห้งลำต้นและใบ,จำนวนใบและการแตกกอ พบว่า ในระยะ 60 วันหลังการปลูกกรรมวิธีการใส่ปุ๋ยมูลไก่ (T4) ให้ความสูงของต้นสูงที่สุดคือ 91.02 รองลงมา ปุ๋ยมูลสุกร ปุ๋ยมูล ให้ความสูง 89.42 และ 62.85 เซนติเมตร ตามลำดับ ที่ระยะ 60 วันหลังการปลูก กรรมวิธีการใสํปุ๋ยมูลไก่ (T4) ให้ความยาวราก สูงที่สุดคือ 31.6 รองลงมาปุ๋ยมูลสุกร 26.3 สํวนปุ๋ยมูลวัวมีความยากรากน้อยที่สุด 18.97 เซนติเมตร เชํนเดียวกับที่ระยะ 60 วันหลังจากปลูก การใสํปุ๋ยมูลไก่ ให้ น้าหนักแห้งของลาต้นและใบ น้าหนักแห้งราก จำนวนใบ มากที่สุด
