ผลการผ่าหน่อกล้วยน้ำว้าต่อการเจริญเติบโตของกล้วยน้าว้าพันธุ์พื้นเมือง

Abstract

การขยายพันธุ์กล้วยน้ำว้าพันธุ์พื้นเมืองโดยการผ่าหน่อ เป็นวิธีหนึ่งที่ใช้ผลิตต้นให้ได้จำนวนมากในระยะเวลาอันสั้น ก่อนน้าต้นไปปลูกในดินการทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบวิธีการผาหน่อกล้วยน้ำว้าพันธุ์พื้นเมืองที่เหมาะสมต่อการเจริญเติบโตในระยะที่1 (30วัน) ระยะที่ 2 (60วัน)ทำการทดลองที่ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการอุดมศึกษาหนองขวาง คณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ วางแผนการทดลองสมบูรณ์แบบ Completely Randomized Design:, (CRD) มี 4 กรรมวิธีจำนวน 4 ซ้ากรรมวิธี 1 ไม่ผ่าหน่อ (ควบคุม) กรรมวิธีที่ 2 ผ่าหน่อสองส่วน กรรมวิธีที่ 3 ผ่า หน่อสามส่วน กรรมวิธีที่ 4 ผ่าหน่อสี่ส่วน ผลการทดลอง พบว่าวัดความสูงของกล้วยน้ำว้า จำนวนใบของกล้วยน้ำว้า ความกว้างของใบกล้วยน้ำว้า ความยาวของใบกล้วยน้าว้าทั้ง 2 ระยะการเจริญเติบโตไม่มีความแตกต่างทางสถิติ แต่มีแนวโน้มว่า กรรมวิธีแบบไม่ผ่าหน่อกล้วยมีผลทำให้ความสูง ความกว้าง ความยาวใบ ในระยะที่1 และระยะที่ 2 มีความสูงถึง 17.25 และ 23.25 เซนติเมตร ความกว้าง 14.79 และ 18.39 เซนติเมตร ความยาวใบ 22.12 และ 30.69 เซนติเมตร ตามลำดับ ส่วนกรรมวิธีที่ 3 มีผลทำให้จำนวนใบกล้วยในระยะที่ 2 มีมากที่สุดถึง 3 ใบ คำส้าคัญ: รูปแบบการผ่าหน่อ , กล้วยน้ำว้าพันธุ์พื้นเมือง , สำหรับการขยายพันธุ์

Propagation of Namwa native banana variety is the way to produce a large number of plants in a short time before planting in soil. The objective of this study aim to suitability performance of corm division for banana growth in phase 1 (30days) and phase 2 (60 days). The experimental were done at Nong Kwang academic training center, faculty of Agricultural technology, BuriramRajabhat University. A Completely randomized design: CRD of four treatments and four replications was used in this study. The performance of corm division consisted of treatment 1)no corm division (control), treatment 2) 2 corm division, treatment 3) 3 corm division and treatment 4) 4 corm division in this experiment. The results showed thatheight,leaf number, leaf width and length of growth were not significantly different. Therefore, no corm division resulted in height; width and length of leaves in the first and second stages were 17.25 and 23.25 cm in height, 14.79 and 18.39 cm in width, leaf length of 22.12 and 30.69 cm, respectively.
