ศึกษาศักยภาพของการใช้พืชตระกูลถั่วพุ่ม ปอเทือง และถั่วนิ้วนางแดงในการการปรับปรุงดินและพัฒนาการปลูกต้นหอมในระบบแปลงอินทรีย์

Abstract

การศึกษาศักยภาพของการใช้พืชตระกูลถั่วพุ่ม ปอเทือง และถั่วนิ้วนางแดง ในการปรับปรุงดินและพัฒนาการปลูกต้นหอมในระบบแปลงอินทรีย์ วางแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มอย่างสมบูรณ์ Completely Random Design (CRD) ทำการทดลองที่ บ้านเลขที่ 78 ตำบลในเมือง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ประกอบด้วย 4 กรรมวิธีทดลอง จำนวน 3 ซ้ำ ได้แก่ 1) ปลูกและไถกลบถั่วพุ่มในระยะออกดอกและเตรียมแปลงปลูกต้นหอม 2) ปลูกและไถกลบปอเทืองในระยะออกดอกและเตรียมแปลงปลูกต้นหอม 3) ปลูกและไถกลบถั่วนิ้วนางแดงในระยะออกดอกและเตรียมแปลงปลูกต้นหอม และ 4) ไม่ใช้ปุ๋ยพืชสดเตรียมแปลงปลูกต้นหอม ระหว่างเวลาการทดลอง คือ วันที่ 7 มิถุนายน พ.ศ.2560 สิ้นสุดการทดลองวันที่ 10 กันยายน พ.ศ.2560 จากนั้นเก็บข้อมูลทางด้านความสูงของต้น การแตกกอ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความแปรปรวนและเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยความสูง การแตกกอ น้ำหนักสด และ น้ำหนักแห้งของต้นหอม ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การปลูกและไถกลบถั่วนิ้วนางแดง (Phasecolus vulgaris L.) ในระยะออกดอก มีผลต่อการปลูกต้นหอมทำให้ต้นหอมค่าเฉลี่ยความสูงและน้ำหนักสดมากที่สุด (p<0.01) รองลงมาคือการปลูกและไถกลบถั่วพุ่ม ( Vigna unguiculata (L.) ในระยะออกดอก ถัดมาคือ การปลูกและไถกลบปอเทือง (Crotalaria juncea L.) ในระยะออกดอก และที่ส่งผลต่อการปลูกต้นหอมได้ผลผลิตต่ำที่สุดในทุกด้าน คือ การไม่ใช้ปุ๋ยพืชปุ๋ยสดเตรียมแปลงปลูกต้นหอม จึงกล่าวได้ว่าการปลูกและไถกลบถั่วนิ้วนางแดง (Phasecolus vulgaris L.) ในระยะออกดอกเพื่อเป็นการปรับปรุงบำรุงดินในการเตรียมแปลงปลูกพืช สามารถช่วยเพิ่มผลผลิตของต้นหอมที่ปลูกในแปลงระบบอินทรีย์ได้ เป็นทางเลือกในการเพิ่มผลผลิตพืชที่ปลูกในระบบอินทรีย์อย่างได้ผลดี คำสำคัญ: ต้นหอม, ถั่วพุ่ม, ถั่วนิ้วนางแดง, ปอเทือง, ปุ๋ยพืชสด

A study on the potential of Bush Bean , Red Kidney bean and sunn hemp. Soil improvement and development of onion plants in organic conversion systems. Completely Random Design (CRD) was conducted at 78 Tambon Nai Muang, Amphoe Mueang, Buriram. The experiment consisted of 3 treatments: 1) planting and plowing of Bush Bean at flowering stage and preparation for planting. 2) Planting and plowing of sunn hemp at the flowering stage and preparation of spring onion. 3) Planting and pulping of red kidney bean at flowering stage and preparation of spring onion and 4) Do not use the key. A fresh crop planted onions. The experiment was conducted on June 7, 2017. The experiment was completed on September 10, 2017. The data was then collected at the height of the tree, analyzed and analyzed for variance and mean height. The results of the study indicated that planting and incubation of (Phasecolus vulgaris L.) at the flowering stage affected the onion yield, (Vigna unguiculata (L.) at the later flowering stage was the sunn hemp (Crotalaria juncea L.) Flowering and the effect on the onion plant production is lowest in all aspects, ie, no use of fertilizer, Red Kidney bean (Phasecolus vulgaris L.) was planted and cultivated in the flowering stage to improve the soil preparation. Can improve the yield of onion grown in organic systems. It is an alternative to increase the yield of plants grown in organic systems.
