ความพึงพอใจและปัญหาของเกษตรกรต่อการปลูกฝรั่งกิมจู หมู่บ้านหนองปรือ ตาบลสวายจีก อาเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การศึกษาความพึงพอใจและปัญหาของเกษตรกรต่อการปลูกฝรั่งกิมจูในหมู่บ้านหนองปรือ ตาบลสวายจีก อาเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะส่วนบุคคล เศรษฐกิจ สังคม และการเกษตรของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกฝรั่งกิมจู 2)เพื่อศึกษาถึงระดับความพึงพอใจของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกฝรั่งกิมจู และ3)เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการปลูกฝรั่งกิมจูของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกฝรั่งกิมจู จานวน 30 คน จากนั้นนาข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้จากแบบสัมภาษณ์ มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน และค่าความเชื่อมั่น สถานภาพส่วนบุคคล เศรษฐกิจ สังคม และการเกษตรของผู้ให้ข้อมูลพบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 50 ปี จบการศึกษาในระดับประถมศึกษา มีจานวนแรงงานในครอบครัวเฉลี่ย 2 คน และส่วนมากคืออาชีพทานามาก่อนการปลูกฝรั่งกิมจู ซึ่งอาชีพหลัก คือ การทานา ส่วนอาชีพรอง คือ รับจ้าง มีระบบการปลูกฝรั่งกิมจู แบบเกษตรผสมผสาน มีประสบการณ์ในการปลูกฝรั่งกิมจูมากกว่า 3 ปี ได้รับผลผลิตฝรั่งกิมจูเฉลี่ย 1.63 กิโลกรัมต่อต้น มีผลิตเฉลี่ยต่อไร่ในการปลูกฝรั่งกิมจู ได้ผลผลิตมากที่สุด มากกว่า 50,000 กิโลกรัม และเกษตรกรที่ให้ข้อมูลมีผลผลิตผลผลิตต่อต้นต่อไร่เฉลี่ยประมาณ 151-200 ต้น/ไร่ รายได้นอกเหนือจากการปลูกฝรั่งกิมจูเกือบทั้งหมดเป็นภาคเกษตร ใช้แหล่งทุนส่วนตัวในการปลูกฝรั่งกิมจู เป็นสมาชิกธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และรับคาปรึกษาจากญาติและเพื่อน ส่วนใหญ่เปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการปลูกฝรั่งกิจูจากญาติและเพื่อน มีจานวนแรงงานที่ใช้ในการทาสวนฝรั่งกิมจูเฉลี่ยประมาณ 3 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเกือบทั้งหมดมีลักษณะการถือครองพื้นที่ปลูกเป็นของตนเอง สภาพพื้นที่ก่อนปลูกฝรั่งกิมจูเป็นพื้นที่ทาการเกษตรมาก่อน ผลการศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการปลูกฝรั่งกิมจูพบว่า ผู้ให้ข้อมูลมีความพึงพอใจระดับมากด้านกลุ่มเกษตรกร การปลูกดูแลรักษา ผลผลิตช่องทางการตลาด โดยพึงพอใจมากในประเด็น 1)กล้า/ท่อนพันธุ์ฝรั่งกิมจูที่ปลูกเป็นสายพันธุ์ที่มีความนิยมเป็นที่ต้องการของผู้บริโภค 2) ค การเจริญเติบโตของฝรั่งกิมจู 3) การดูแลรักษาฝรั่งกิมจูสามารถทาได้ง่าย สะดวก 4) ผลผลิตฝรั่งกิมจูที่ได้รับ 5) ราคาฝรั่งกิมจูที่จาหน่ายในท้องตลาด 6)การตลาดและช่องทางการจาหน่ายฝรั่งกิมจู มีที่รับซื้อฝรั่งกิมจูที่แน่นอน 7) ท่านสามารถหาตลาดต่อสถานที่จาหน่ายผลผลิตเอง และยังพบว่าผู้ให้ข้อมูลพึงพอใจน้อยในประเด็น 1) การได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากทางภาครัฐหรือท้องถิ่นในด้านการพัฒนาการปลูกฝรั่งกิมจู 2)มีเครือข่ายเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกฝรั่งกิมจูในพื้นที่ 3)การติดต่อรับความช่วยเหลือกับหน่วยงานอื่นเพื่อให้ความรู้ในการปลูกฝรั่งกิมจู ผู้ให้ข้อมูลส่วนใหญ่มีปัญหามากเกี่ยวกับความเข้าใจด้านโรคและแมลงศัตรูอยู่ในระดับที่สามารถควบคุมจัดการได้ แต่มีปัญหาน้อยในประเด็น 1)ปัญหาโรคแอนแทรคโนส 2) ปัญหาโรคจุดสนิม 3) ปัญหาอาการผลเน่า 4)ปัญหาด้านราคาจาน่าย และปัญหาอื่น ๆ ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะของเกษตรกรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือการติดต่อรับความช่วยเหลือกับหน่วยงานอื่นเพื่อให้ความรู้ในการปลูกฝรั่งกิมจู หาตลาดและช่องทางการจาหน่ายมากนัก และเกษตรกรยังหาสถานที่ที่จัดจาหน่ายได้นัก หากมีการจัดสถานที่ มีที่รับซื้อ และช่องทางในการจัดจาหน่ายได้ที่แน่นอนให้แก่เกษตรกร เกษตรกรจะมีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น คาสาคัญ : สภาพพื้นฐานส่วนบุคล, สภาพพื้นฐานทางเศรษฐกิจ ,สภาพพื้นฐานทางสังคม, สภาพทางการเกษตร, ความพึงพอใจของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกฝรั่งกิมจู
