ความต้องการศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาโทในคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ : กรณีศึกษาบุคลากรการศึกษาในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการที่จะศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโทในคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมของบุคลากรการศึกษาในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์และเป็นแนวทางในการสร้างหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาโทสาขาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมให้เหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียนเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantity Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูสอนวิชาช่างอุตสาหกรรมและครูสอนวิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี สานักงานพื้นที่มัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 และ ครูสอนวิชาช่างอุตสาหกรรม สังกัดสานักงานคณะกรรมการอาชีวศึกษา ในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ รวม 178 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบ และข้อมูลความต้องการศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาโท การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่า ความต้องการศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโทของครูสอนวิชาช่างอุตสาหกรรมและวิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี สานักงานพื้นที่มัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 และครูสอนวิชาช่างอุตสาหกรรม สังกัดสานักงานคณะกรรมการอาชีวศึกษา ในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ พบว่า มีความต้องการศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโท อยู่ที่ระดับมาก เพื่อต้องการเป็นข้าราชการ ปรับวุฒิการศึกษา ปรับเงินเดือน การเพิ่มความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการทางาน โดยศึกษาต่อในมหาวิทยาลัยปิดของรัฐและมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ อยู่ที่ระดับมาก ในกลุ่มมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอีสานใต้ พบว่า ต้องการศึกษาต่อในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์อยู่ที่ระดับมาก นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า มีความต้องการศึกษาต่อในรายหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (วท.ม.) 3 ลาดับแรก ได้แก่ (1) แขนงเทคโนโลยีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ แขนงเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าและแขนงเทคโนโลยีออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม อยู่ที่ระดับปานกลางถึงระดับมาก รายหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมมหาบัณฑิต (ค.ม./ ค.อ.ม.) 3 ลาดับแรก ได้แก่ แขนงวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ แขนงเทคโนโลยีออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมและแขนงเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า อยู่ที่ระดับปานกลางถึงระดับมาก และรายหลักสูตรวิศวกรรมศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (วศ.ม.) 3 ลาดับแรก ได้แก่ แขนงวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ แขนงอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และโทรคมนาคมและแขนงวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า อยู่ที่ระดับมาก รวมทั้งต้องการศึกษาต่อในแผน ก (วิทยานิพนธ์) แผน ข (สารนิพนธ์) และ วันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ อยู่ที่ระดับมากที่สุด (2)

The objectives of this research were to determine the needs to study in master’s degree level in the Faculty of Industrial Technology of the personnel educational in Buriram Province and to utilize the research findings as guidelines for curriculum construction for master’s degree in Industrial Technology program which suited the needs of the learners. This research was a quantitative research. Sample groups included 178 participants from Industrial teacher in secondary school and Vocational Education teachers who were under Secondary Education Service Area Office 32 and from Industrial teachers who were under Office of Vocational Education commission in Buriram Province. The sample groups were selected by using stratified random sampling method. The tool employed in this research was a questionnaire which consisted of general information of the respondents and information concerning the needs to study in master’s degree level. The collected data were analyzed by using basic statistics such as percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings from the research were as follows: The needs to study in the master’s degree level of the Industrial teacher in secondary school and Vocational Education teachers who were under Secondary Education Service Area Office 32 and Industrial Mechanics teachers who were under Office of Vocational Education commission in Buriram Province showed that their need to study in the master’s degree level was at the high level by having for wanting be a government office, having a higher educational degree, getting a salary raise, increasing (3) their knowledge and experiences regarding their profession through studying in Government-owned Universities and Rajabhat Universities. The need in this aspect was at the high level. Among the South Esarn Rajabhat Universities, it was found that the need to study in Buriram Rajabhat University was at the high level. Furthermore, it was found that the Industrial teacher in secondary school and Vocational Education and Technology teachers who were under Secondary Education Service Area Office 32 had the need to further study in Master of Science program (M.Sc.) in the 3 majors at the fair level: Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, and Industrial Product Design Technology respectively to high level. Master of Industrial Education program (M. Ed. / M.S. Ind. Ed.) in the 3 majors at the fair level: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Product Design Technology and Electrical Engineering Technology respectively to high level. And Master of Engineering program (M.E.) in the 3 majors at the high level: Industrial Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication and Electrical Engineering at the high level. They had the need to further study in Plan A (conducting Thesis) and Plan B (conducting Independent Study and study on Saturday and Sunday at the highest level.
