การใช้การเขียนบันทึกโต้ตอบ และ WRITTEN CORRECTIVE FEEDBACK โดยใช้ไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ผ่านการเขียน

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อสารวจทักษะและสภาพการณ์ในการใช้ E-Mail ในการส่งการบ้านของผู้เรียน และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาเจตคติของผู้เรียนต่อวิธีการสื่อสารโต้ตอบของผู้วิจัยโดยการใช้ E-Mail เพื่อให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับเกี่ยวกับการบ้านของผู้เรียนโดยใช้แถบเครื่องมือและเขียนแสดงความเห็น (written corrective feedback) กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ศึกษาคือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชา การเขียนเพื่อสื่อสาร (Writing for Communication) รหัสวิชา 1551401 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2552 จานวน 16 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองได้แก่ แผนการสอน เรื่อง การเขียนบันทึกโต้ตอบ (journal writing) 3 แบบ ได้แก่ 1) Personal journals 2) Dialogue journals 3) Learning logs เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการใช้ Internet และ E-Mail และแบบสารวจเจตคติ ของนักศึกษาต่อวิธีการสื่อสารโต้ตอบของผู้วิจัยโดยใช้ E-Mail เพื่อให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับเกี่ยวกับการบ้านโดยใช้แถบเครื่องมือในการตรวจ และเขียนแสดงความเห็นในการตรวจงาน

The purposes of this study were to: 1) Survey the students’ overall E-Mail skills and conditions which are related to E-Mail use; and 2) Investigate the students’ attitudes towards giving corrective feedback by using journal writing via E-Mail. The participants of this research were 16 first-year Business-English students of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Buriram Rajabhat University who registered for the course 1551401 Writing for Communication in the second semester of academic year 2009. The experimental instruments were one lesson plan focusing on journal writings: Personal journals, dialogue journals and learning logs. Students were asked to write dialogue journals, for 8 weeks, and E-Mail homework: At least one dialogue journal, once a week as well as learning logs once a month (for 2 months). The data collecting instruments were two questionnaires. The former was administered to survey the students’ overall E-Mail skills and conditions which are related to E-Mail use while the latter was administered to investigate the students’ attitudes towards giving written corrective feedback by using dialogue journals via E-Mail. The data were analyzed to find mean, mode, and percentage.
