บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพของการนิเทศนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ในครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพของการนิเทศนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู และเพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิภาพของการนิเทศนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นครูพี่เลี้ยง จำนวน 275 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการนิเทศของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ด้านเจตคติต่อการดูแลให้คำปรึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.12 และประสิทธิภาพการนิเทศของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู คณะ ครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.30 และสมการใน รูปคะแนนดิบและสมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ

Y’ = 2.689 + .243X7 + .151X5 = .240Z7 + .160Z5

The objective of this research was to investigate the factors influencing the effectiveness of supervision for student teachers of the Faculty of Education in Buriram Rajabhat University and to create the regression equation or predicting equation for the effectiveness of supervision for student teachers . The sample consisted of 275 school supervisors selected through a simple random sampling technique. The findings of this research demonstrated that the factors affecting the effectiveness of supervision for the student teachers were attitudes toward supervising. Totally, it was rated at a high level with the mean score of 4.12, just as the effectiveness of supervision for teacher students of the Faculty of Education in Buriram Rajabhat University was at the same level with the mean score of 4.30. The equation in the forms of raw scores and standard scores was shown as the following.
