การพัฒนาชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ โดยใช้กระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้ เรื่อง อาหารกับชีวิต สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง อาหารกับชีวิต โดย ใช้กระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง อาหาร กับชีวิต โดยใช้กระบวนการ สืบเสาะหาความรู้ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ต่อการ ใช้ ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง อาหารกับชีวิต โดยใช้กระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2553 โรงเรียน นางรองพิทยาคม อำเภอนางรอง จังหวัด บุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 40 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เวลาที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 12 ชั่วโมง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ จำนวน 6 ชุด แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทางการเรียน เป็นแบบปรนัยเลือกตอบ 5 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 30 ข้อ โดยมีค่าระดับความยาก (P) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.68- 0.78 มีระดับค่าอำนาจจำแนก (B) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.20- 0.35 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (rcc) ของแบบทดสอบทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .8155 และแบบสอบถาม ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนรู้ด้วยชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์มีค่าความ เชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.9830 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ ทดสอบ สมมติฐานด้วยค่า t (Dependent Samples t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิภาพของชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง อาหารกับชีวิต กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนนางรองพิทยาคม อำเภอนางรอง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ มีประสิทธิภาพ 82.10 / 84.00 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. นักเรียนความพึงพอใจต่อชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ โดยใช้กระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ABSTRACT The purposes of the study were : 1) to develop the scientific leanrning activities on Food and Life through the inquiry process for Matthayomsuksa 2 students ; 2) to compare Mattayomsuksa 2 student’s learning achievement before and after using the scientific leanrning activities on Food and Life through the inquiry process ; and 3) to investigate Mattayomsuksa 2 students’ satisfaction toward the scientific leanrning activities on Food and Life through the inquiry process . The subjects were 40 Mattayomsuksa 2 studentsstudying in the first semester of academic year 2010, Nangrong Pittayakom School, Nangrong district, Buriram province, selected by purposive sampling technique. The duration for this research was 12 hours. The research instruments included 6 scientific leanrning activities, 30 - item achievement test with 5 multiple choices. The difficulty index was between 0.68-0.78, discrimination index was between 0.20- 0.35, and reliability value was 0.8155, and the questionnaire asking about the students’ satisfaction toward the scientific learning activities with its reliability at 0.9830. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and dependent samples t- test. The result of the study showed as follow : 1. The efficiency of the scientific leanrning activities on Food and Life through the inquiry process for Matthayomsuksa 2 students, Nangrong Pittayakom School, Nangrong district, Buriram province was 82.10/84.00. 2. Student’s learning achievement mean scores after leanrning through the inquiry process was higher than before learning through those process with significant difference at .01 level 3. The students’ satisfaction toward the scientific leanrning activities through the inquiry process was at a high level.
