การศึกษาระบบบัญชีชุมชนโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนกลุ่มทอผ้าไหม บ้านโนนศิลา ตำบลถลุงเหล็ก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระบบบัญชี ความ พึงพอใจ และเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของ ชุมชน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มทอผ้าไหมบ้านโนนศิลา ตำบล ถลุงเหล็ก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ที่มีการจดบันทึกบัญชี ครัวเรือนอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นระยะเวลา 8 เดือน จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลบัญชีครัวเรือน และ 2) แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ชุมชนมีการจดบันทึก บัญชีด้วยมือในลักษณะของรายรับ-รายจ่าย และยอดคงเหลือ จากการเก็บข้อมูลบัญชี ชุมชนมีรายรับ-รายจ่ายระดับครัวเรือน เฉลี่ย ดังนี้ รายรับ จำนวน 482,279.92 บาท รายจ่าย จำนวน 398,374.62 บาท และบัญชีของกลุ่มเฉลี่ย ดังนี้ รายรับ จำนวน 321,149.75 บาท รายจ่าย จำนวน 148,302.50 บาท 2) ชุมชน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการมีส่วนร่วม ด้านกระบวนการบริหารจัดการ ของกลุ่ม ด้านการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์/การให้บริการ และด้าน สถานที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) ชุมชนที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับ การศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ต่อปีแตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจ ต่อการมีส่วนร่วมไม่แตกต่างกัน

This research aimed to study the accounting system of the community, satisfaction with the participation of the community, and satisfactory comparison on participation of the community. The data was collected from the community of Ban Non Sila silk weaving group, TambolThalungLek, MuangBuriram, with notes taking of household accountscontinuously for a period of 8 months, from 60 people. The research tools used to collect data were: 1) household accounts and 2) questionnaire and the statistical methods used to analyze data consisted of statistics including percentage, mean and standard deviation, and statistical hypothesis testing, including t-test and F-test. The results revealed that 1) Community has recorded the accounts by hand in the nature of income - expenses and the balance from the account recording, the average of income - expenses on household level of community as follows, the income of 482,279.92 baht, the expenses of 398,374.62 baht, and the group accounts was average as follow, the income of 321,149.75 baht, the expenses of 148,302.50 baht. 2) The community were satisfied with the participation on group management process, product design / service and its location in the highest level and3) The community with gender, age, education, occupation and annual income differences has been satisfied with the participation of the community with no different.
