ความต้องการการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเมืองไผ่ อำเภอหนองกี่ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเมืองไผ่ อำเภอหนองกี่ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ใน 4 ด้าน ด้านสุขภาพและการรักษาพยาบาล ด้านรายได้ ด้านที่พักอาศัย/ที่อยู่อาศัย และด้านนันทนาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มจากประชากร โดยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 297 คน แล้วทำการสุ่มให้กระจายไปตามหมู่บ้านต่าง ๆ ตามสัดส่วนโดยวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย ด้วยการจับฉลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวมรวบข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะ คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราประมาณค่า และแบบปลายเปิด ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.9345 สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความต้องการด้านสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเมืองไผ่ อำเภอหนองกี่ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน โดยเรียงลำดับจากด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงไปหาต่ำ จะได้ดังนี้ ด้านสุขภาพและการรักษาพยาบาล ด้านรายได้ ด้านที่พักอาศัย/ที่อยู่อาศัย และด้านนันทนาการ ตามลำดับ 2. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่น ๆ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คือผู้สูงอายุต้องการให้มีการจัดกิจกรรมภายในครอบครัวและภายในชุมชน รองลงมา คือ ผู้สูงอายุต้องการเบี้ยยังชีพเพิ่ม และผู้สูงอายุต้องการให้มีการจัดกิจกรรมวันสำคัญต่าง ๆ ของผู้สูงอายุ เช่น วันปีใหม่ วันสงกรานต์ วันสำคัญทางศาสนา เป็นต้น ของผู้สูงอายุตามความเหมาะสม ตามลำดับ

The objective of this study was to examine needs of social welfare of the elderly in MuangPai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Nong Ki district, Buriram province based on the four aspects which included health and medical treatment, income, residence, and recreation. The samples were 297 people selected by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table. Then, the samples were randomly distributed among villages based on the proportion by simple random sampling using lottery. The data were collected by using a questionnaire which consisted of three parts: checklist, 5-rating scale and open-ended with the reliability level of 0.9345. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1. The need of social welfare of the elderly in MuangPai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Nong Ki district, Buriram province was at a high level in overall aspects. When considering each aspect, it was found that every aspect was at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was health and medical treatment followed by income, residence, and recreation, respectively. 2. Other comment and suggestion which received the greatest number was that the activities in the family and community should be organized followed by the elderly living allowance should be increased and activities on special occasions or an important days such as

New Year’s day Songkran Festival or Buddhist Holidays and should appropriately be organized for the elderly, respectively.
