สนใจเข้ามาชมผลิตภัณฑ์ที่คูหานิทรรศการ จำ�นวน 400 คน ผล
การวิจัยระบุว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง วัยกลางคน
อายุระหว่าง 40-60 ปี มีรายได้มากกว่า 25,001-35,000 บาท
ต่อเดือน และมีอาชีพในกลุ่มข้าราชการ พนักงานของรัฐวิสาหกิจ
หรือองค์การส่วนปกครองท้องถิ่น เดิมมีความชื่นชอบผ้าไหม
มัดหมี่ และเกินครึ่งหนึ่งเคยใช้ผ้าไหมมัดหมี่ในชีวิตประจำวัน
เมื่อแรกเห็นผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่รู้สึกชื่นชอบระดับมาก โดยเห็นว่า
ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัวในระดับมากที่สุด และเห็น
ว่าราคาจำ�หน่ายที่สามารถตัดสินใจซื้อได้ คือช่วงราคา 1,000-
1,500 บาท ต่อเมตร ซึ่งราคาของผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ที่ตัดสินใจซื้อ
ขึ้นอยู่กับเพศ รายได้ อาชีพ ความชื่นชอบและประสบการณ์เดิม
ที่เคยใช้ผ้าไหมมัดหมี่ในชีวิตประจำวันมีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมี
นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 หากจำแนกตามกลุ่มชื่นชอบผ้า
ไหมมัดหมี่ และกลุ่มประสบการณ์เดิมที่เคยใช้ผ้าไหมมัดหมี่ใน
ชีวิตประจำวันจะมีความชื่นชอบเมื่อแรกเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมี
นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยกลุ่มที่มีประสบการณ์การใช้
ผ้าไหมมัดหมี่ด้วยระยะเวลาที่ยาวนานจะชื่นชอบผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
มากกว่าคนที่ไม่เคยใช้ หรือเคยใช้ในระยะเวลาที่น้อยกว่า ทั้งชื่น
ชอบเมื่อแรกเห็น และชื่นชอบสีสัน ลวดลาย เนื้อผ้า อย่างมีนัย
สำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัย ผู้ออกแบบ
จำเป็นต้องออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งเนื้อผ้า ลวดลายและสีสันให้
เหมาะสมกับกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย เพิ่มมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์ด้วยการ
เล่าเรื่องราวแห่งคุณค่า เน้นการตลาดแบบสร้างความรู้สึกและ
เข้าใจคุณค่าสินค้าทางอารมณ์
This article focused on acceptance of the customers
towards the Mudmee silk which was inspired
by etched patterns of the architectural decorative
motif patterns of ancient Khmer sanctuaries in Lower
Northeast region of Thailand products when they first
saw the products. The sample group was purposively
selected by using non probability sampling technique
from 400 exhibit booth visitors. The results from the
research showed that the majority of the sample group
was female aged 40-60 years old with incomes of over
25,001-35,000 THB/month. Their occupations included
civil servants, government officers, state enterprise
employees, or local administration organization’s
employees. They originally liked Kudmee silk and more
than a half of this sample group has used Mudmee
silk on a daily basis. When they first saw the products,
they satisfied with the products at the high level. They
viewed that these new products were unique at the
highest level. They also viewed that selling prices that
they could make their buying decision should be 1,000-
1,500 THB/meter. Decision for buying the products in
terms of the selling prices was made depending on
their genders, incomes, occupations, interest, and their
experiences with Mudmee that they used in their daily
lives with statistically significance of 0.05. If classified
the samples by their interest and experiences with
Mudmee they used in their daily lives, the impression
they had with the products was different with statistically
significance of 0.05. The samples who had used
Mudmee silk in their daily lives for a long time liked
the new products more than the samples who had
never have experiences with Mudmee silk in their daily
lives or had used the Mudmee silk for a shorter period.
They liked when they first saw the products and also
liked colors, patterns, and textures with statistically
significance of 0.05. The research suggestions were the
designer/s need to design the products in terms of textures,
patterns, colors to suit with the target customer
groups, the value of the products should be added
by communicating the stories regarding the products
to the customers. Psychological Market should be
emphasized by establishing feeling and understanding
towards the value of the products.
