การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการตรวจตรวจหาช่องจอดรถแบบเรียลไทม์โดยใช้โครงข่ายประสาทเทียม YOLO โดยนำอัลกอริทึม Tiny YOLO มาประยุกต์ใช้บน Raspberry Pi แบ่งการดำเนินงานออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) การตรวจหารถยนต์จากภาพต่อเนื่องโดยการจับภาพทีละเฟรมและคำนวณหาวัตถุทั้งหมดบนเฟรมภาพนิ่งแล้วนำวัตถุทั้งหมดมาทำนายด้วยโครงข่ายประสาทเทียม 2) คำนวณพื้นที่ทับซ้อนของวัตถุรถยนต์และพื้นที่ของแต่ละช่องจอดรถถ้าพื้นที่ทับซ้อนกันมากกว่าร้อยละ 50 แสดงว่าช่องจอดนั้นไม่ว่างถ้าน้อยกว่าแสดงว่าไม่ว่าง จากนั้นจะส่งสถานะช่องจอดรถไปยังเอ็มคิวทีทีเซิร์ฟเวอร์และเก็บลงในฐานข้อมูล และ 3) แสดงผลผ่านเว็บแอปพลิเคชันที่มีการรับข้อมูลจากเอ็มคิวทีทีเซิร์ฟเวอร์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบประกอบด้วยส่วนของเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับแสดงสถานะช่องจอดและส่วนของระบบตรวจหาช่องจอดรถ และจากผลการทดสอบระบบโดยใช้ภาพตัวอย่างจากโรงจอดรถจริงจำนวน 17 เฟรม โดยแต่ละเฟรมมีรถยนตร์เข้าจอดในแต่ละช่องจอดไม่เหมือนกัน พบว่า ระบบสามารถตรวจหาช่องจอดรถและแสดงผลมีค่าร้อยละความถูกต้อง 67.13 และมีค่าเฉลี่ยความคลาดเคลื่อนร้อยละสัมบูรณ์ 32.9
The purposes of the research were to develop The Real-Time Parking Detection using YOLO Neural Network, applying the Tiny YOLO algorithm on the Raspberry Pi, dividing its operations into three steps: 1) continuous vehicle detection by capturing the image frame by frame and computation of all objects on the still frame, then all objects are predicted by the neural network; 2) calculate the overlapping area of the objects, cars and the area of each. Parking space, if the overlap is more than 50%, then the parking space is busy; less, it is busy. It then sends the status of the parking space to the MQTT server and stores it in the database; and 3) displays the result via a web application receiving data from the MQTT server.
The research showed that The system consists of a web application for parking lane status and a part of the parking lot detection system. And the system test results using a sample image from a real garage, 17 frames, with each frame having different in each parking lot, it was found that the system was able to parking detection and display the correct parking status percentage accuracy 67.13 and mean absolute percentage error of 32.9.
