งานวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพือพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ภูมิปัญญา อาหารพืนบ้านกุ้งจ่อม
ตําบลประโคนชัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ กลุ่มผู้ผลิตกุ้งจ่อม จํานวน 3 ราย กลุ่ม
ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจ จํานวน 3 ราย และกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานระบบ จํานวน 65ราย รวมทังสิน จํานวน 71 ราย
เครื่องมือทีใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มผู้ผลิตกุ้งจ่อม กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจ ระบบ
ฐานข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ภูมิปัญญา อาหารพืนบ้านกุ้งจ่อม พัฒนาขึนตามวงจรพัฒนาระบบ (SDLC)
ประกอบด้วย 5ขันตอน คือ 1) การวางแผนระบบ 2)การวิเคราะห์ระบบ )การออกแบบระบบ )การ
พัฒนาระบบ ) การทดสอบระบบ ซึ งระบบฐานข้อมูลนีประกอบด้วย 1) ข้อมูล (E-R Diagram)เข้าสู่
ระบบ 2)ข้อมูลร้านค้า 3)ข้อมูลกุงจ้ ่อม 4)ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์กุงจ้ ่อม และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ
ประเมินผู้ใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ด้วยค่าเฉลียและร้อยละ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า โดยภาพรวมผู้ใช้มี
ความพึงพอใจมากทีสุด เนืองจากแถบเมนูใช้งานง่าย มีขันตอนกระบวนการเข้าใช้ระบบชัดเจนและ
เนือหามีความชัดเจน ถูกต้อง สมบูรณ์ ดังนันงานวิจัยนีจะช่วยให้ผู้ใช้งานทัวไปสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูล
ผลิตภัณฑ์ภูมิปัญญา อาหารพื้นบ้านกุงจ่อม นอกจากนียังเป็ นการอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาให้คงอยูต่ ่อไป
Research objectives to develop a database of wisdom products local food Prakhonchai
Subdistrict Buriram Province The researcher conducted a research study and gathered information related to wisdom products. local food The sample group in the research was a group of 3 shrimp producers, a group of 3 business operators, and a group of 65 system users. There were 71 people in total. The research instrument was an interview form for shrimp producers. group of business
operators Database system for local fermented food products developed following the system
development cycle (SDLC) consists of 5 steps: 1) system planning; 2) System Analysis 3) System Design 4) System Development 5) System Testing. The database consists of 4 data tables. The results showed that the overall user experience was the most satisfied because the menu bar was easy to use, the login process was clear and the content was clear, accurate and complete.Therefore, this research will help general users to have access to the wisdom of food preservation, which can be utilized and consequently conserve the wisdom
