การทดสอบฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพของสารสกัดสมุนไพรต่อจุลินทรีย์ก่อโรคพืช

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งทดสอบฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพของสารสกัดสมุนไพรต่อจุลินทรีย์ก่อโรคพืช โดยพืชที่คัดเลือกมาศึกษาได้แก่ สมุนไพรกระไดลิง (BF) สะเดา (MF) ยี่โถ (NF) ผกากรอง (LF) บอระเพ็ด (TF) และว่านน้ำ (AF) สกัดด้วยตัวทำละลาย Hexane(1), Ethyl acetate(2), Methanol(3) และ Ethanol(4) ศึกษาฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพในการต้านเชื้อรา A. porri, A. niger, B. squamosa, C. circinans และ S. sclerotiorum โดยเทคนิค Paper disc diffusion ของสารสกัดที่ออกฤทธิ์ BF4, MF4, NF3, LF3, TF3 และ AF4 ที่ความเข้มข้น 1:1, 1:2 และ 1:3 กรัมต่อมิลลิลิตร โดยส่วนสกัด AF4 สามารถต้านเชื้อราก่อโรคพืชทั้ง 5 ชนิด การฉีดพ่นในแปลงทดลอง พบว่า สารสกัดเหล่านี้ สามารถต้านการเกิดโรคของหอมและเพิ่มจำนวนหัวของหอมแดงมากกว่าแปลงควบคุม นอกจากนี้สารสกัดยังสามารถออกฤทธิ์ทั้งชนิด Concentration dependence และ Time dependence ต่อเพลี้ยแป้งและเพลี้ยกระโดด ส่วนผลการต้านอนุมูลอิสระโดยเทคนิค DPPH assay พบว่า สารสกัด BF4 ออกฤทธิ์ต้านอนุมูลอิสระ DPPH• ได้ดีที่สุด รองลงมาคือ MF4, TF3, NF3, LF3 และ AF4 ด้วยค่า IC50 เท่ากับ 20.89, 56.65, 262.99, 324.41, 398.89 และ 580.32 µg/ml ตามลำดับ

The research aims at testing the biological activities of herbs against microbes. Thai herbs : Bauhinia scandens L.(BF), Azadirachta indica A.(MF), Nerium oleander L.(NF), Lantana camara L.(LF), Tinospora crispa L.(TF) and Acorus calamus L.(AF) were used to extract by using hexane (1), ethyl acetate (2), methanol (3) and ethanol (4). The extracts of herbs were evaluated using paper disc diffusion method for antifungal evaluation against A. porri, A. niger, B. squamosa, C. circinans, and S. sclerotiorum. The results revealed that all of them showed the highest activity against all fungal diseases. Moreover, all of herb extracts showed high efficacy against Cassava caccidae. The crude extracts of MF4 and TF3 showed the high potency anti C. caccidae at 10 minutes. The addition, the antioxidant activities were studied by using DPPH assay. Crude extracts of BF4 had showed the best antioxidant activity at the IC50 valued 18.57 µg/ml. The remaining extracts i.e., TF3, NF3, LF3 and AF4 shown the IC50 value 20.89, 56.65, 262.99, 324.41, 398.89 and 580.32 µg/ml, respectively.
