Abstract:
The purpose of this academic article on Human Resource Development is to review liter-ature, theoretical concepts that describe human resource development approaches. In which the personnel become part of the organization already performed duties in the organization to make the organization stable and progress. Therefore it is necessary to develop quality human resourc-es to respond changes in the future. Human resource development models consist of learning, training, education development.
