สภาพความเป็นจริงและความคาดหวังของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพความเป็นจริงและความคาดหวังของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในเขต อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครอง ครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาชเท่ากับ 0.949 สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งกลุ่มจากผู้ปกครองจำนวน 346 คน และสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงจากครูผู้ดูแลเด็กจำนววน 118 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบ t-test และสถิติทดสอบ F – test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพความเป็นจริงในการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ที่พบมากที่สุดคือ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสถานศึกษากับครอบครัวและชุมชน รองลงมา คือ ด้านบุคลากรและ ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม โดยจาการศึกษาความคาดหวังในการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองและครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสถานศึกษากับครอบครัวและชุมชน รองลงมาคือ ด้านบุคลากรและด้านการบริการ และจากการเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังคาดหวัง ในการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองและครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก พบว่าผู้ปกครองและครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก ที่มีอาชีพและสถานภาพต่างกันจะมีความคาดหวังในการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก แตกต่างกัน ในด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05
