การทดลองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสูตรข้าวเกรียบเห็ดทั้ง 2 สูตร คือ สูตรข้าวเกรียบเห็ดนางฟ้าผสมมันเทศ และสูตรข้าวเกรียบเห็ดนางฟ้าผสมกล้วยหอมทอง เพื่อศึกษาผลิตภัณฑ์ข้าวเกรียบเห็ดนางฟ้าสูตรใดที่คนส่วนใหญ่นิยมรับประทาน และ เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการเพิ่มมูลค่าให้แก่ข้าวเกรียบเห็ดนางฟ้า ทาการทดลองที่บ้านเลขที่ 9 หมู่ 9 หมู่บ้านตะลุงเก่า ต. โคกม้า อ. ประโคนชัย จ. บุรีรัมย์ ระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคม ถึง เดือนกันยายน 2561 โดยตอนที่ 1 หาค่าร้อยละ ค่า x̄ และค่า sd. ส่วนตอนที่ 2 ใช้แผนการทดลองแบบ t-test โดยทดลองเปรียบเทียบ 2 สิ่งการทดลอง คือ (T1 : ข้าวเกรียบเห็ดนางฟ้าผสมมันเทศ) และ (T2 : ข้าวเกรียบเห็ดนางฟ้าผสมกล้วยหอมทอง) ผลการทดลองพบว่า
ตอนที่ 1 ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 60.0 มีอายุระหว่าง 21- 25 ปี ร้อยละ 54.0 อยู่ในระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 56.0 อาชีพนักเรียน/นักศึกษา ร้อยละ 52.0 โดยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามไม่เคยทานข้าวเกรียบทั้ง 2 สูตรมาก่อน ร้อยละ 82.0 มีความคิดเห็ดว่าข้าวเกรียบมีความแปลกใหม่ ร้อยละ 42.0 และผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามยอมรับผลิตภัณฑ์ข้าวเกรียบ ร้อยละ 98.0
ตอนที่ 2 คะแนนความชอบข้าวเกรียบด้านสี ด้านกลิ่น ด้านความกรอบ ความหนา ความหวาน ความมัน และความชอบรวม ของข้าวเกรียบเห็ดนางฟ้าผสมกล้วยหอมทอง เฉลี่ย 4.52 , เฉลี่ย 4.36 , เฉลี่ย 4.46 เฉลี่ย 4.36 , เฉลี่ย 4.14, เฉลี่ย 4.10 , เฉลี่ย 4.38 มากกว่า ข้าวเกรียบเห็ดนางฟ้าผสมมันเทศ เฉลี่ย 4.12 , เฉลี่ย 3.88 , เฉลี่ย 3.46 เฉลี่ย 3.30 , เฉลี่ย 3.18, เฉลี่ย 3.40 , เฉลี่ย 3.50ดังนั้นจะเห็นได้ว่าผู้บริโภคส่วนใหญ่บริโภคข้าวเกรียบเห็ดนางฟ้าผสมกล้วยหอมทอง ทั้งด้านสี กลิ่น ความกรอบ ความหนา รสหวาน รสมัน และความชอบรวม มากกว่า ข้าวเกรียบเห็ดนางฟ้าผสมมันเทศ โดยทั้ง 2 สูตร มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติ
